Just kidding. I guess...sad people? I'm taking the drainpipe as a metaphor here.

xD Nope. It's not s**t, sad people, or a metaphorical phrase.

It's just a common household item that can go into a pipe/hole/whatever when it's "down" but won't come back out once you put it "up".
