Just comply. Just breathe. Just listen.... trust. Shutting her eyes she did as he said, not fighting his hands as she rested her forehead on his chest and her hands on his arms. The sounds of a body nearby were nearly intertwined with the soft rustling of the trees, the hedges, the nature in the quiet breeze. And, in all honesty, she would have rather only the nature versus the man on the hunt. The feel of him was a greedy determination, almost slimy. And she didn't like it. Swallowing hard she let one hand drift off of Ion's arm, the stroking only marginally calming her. He had to understand, but she had to tell him. Trust. Another hard swallow and she pulled her head away from him, unbuttoning his vest with a shaky hand. However, she only stopped midway between his sternum and his belly button, staring up at him a moment before looking straight and bringing her hand back up. This time though, she merely put the tip of her pointer finger to his chest, spelling as carefully as she could. 'I don't see like you see.'

Ion McCarin " No one likes'em, but he does his work well." Stepping out of their hiding place the boy rolled his shoulder, a little stiff from holding still in such a position. He was, however, watching her to make sure she made it out alright.. the corner of his lips thinning out as that little flash of upset crossed her features. He did not like that at all.. Reaching out he offered her another candy, his expression serious as he held her gaze. " Seeing differently is'na the same thing as being Blind, donna doubt tha."
He was a little mad, honestly.. That she would dislike herself even a little when he found her to be very likeable. It was not her fault, of course, but he intended to help fix that uncertainty of hers even if it was only a little. Turning to the man that had helped them he allowed his expression to gentle a bit, the typical stone-faced boy once again as he gave a faint nod to the stranger. " Thank you.. I donna think we would have escaped tha time without your help. "

If he only knew.... Sometimes Bianca felt as if she were blind, not just seeing differently. If anything she was robbed, never being able to put a name to what she saw if she didn't have anything to compare it to. All she knew was what she could feel. Waiting another moment Bianca followed after him, barely hearing her own footsteps along the ground until she stopped, practically skidding to a halt. What is he... This stranger was something Bianca had never seen before, nervousness going through her as she stepped tentatively behind Ion again while keeping at least one eye on him. His ears... no one has those ears... The candy Ion had given her was slowly creating a sticky film in her hand, quickly tossing it into her mouth in order to avoid saying anything. Strawberry? A matter for another time, right now, she was feeling robbed again. She didn't know what to make of Snow, didn't know how to act or react to what was happening. "I..."

Einar "Grim" Grimsson Theme song
To fear death...
The tall, thin boy sighed as he walked around the gardens, stopping only only to admire a small rose bloom. Bending, he lightly touched the rose with the tips of his gloved fingertips, smiling softly as the rose-scented air wafted towards him and hit him like a train. Ah, nothing reminded the boy of his mother like a beautiful rose. With a graceful nod to the rose, the boy stood once more, clasped his hands behind his back, and continued on his walk. He had quite a time until he needed to find his way to Miss Mayazaki's office, so he was more than happy to enjoy his time in the company of the delightful breeze and lovely silence of the gardens. "One can only wonder how this day could get any better," noted he, stopping again to gaze up at a tree and admire how the winds fluttered such green leaves.
...is to forget to embrace it.

Aria LeCoul
Through the gardens a tall, slender girl wandered. The scent of roses drifted around her, bringing a smile to her face. Her long blonde hair was carried by the wind as if it were light as feathers. Eventually, she figured she would have to go to the school itself, rather than visiting places outside of the school. However, she found it relaxing to just look at flowers before meeting so many new people. Her dark pink eyes seemed to glow with happiness as she continued walking. She paid no mind to the things around her except for the flowers, particularly the roses. They harbored such beauty and such a wonderful smell. She loved everything about roses, aside from the prickly thorns.
Aria stopped walking as a particularly lovely rose bush caught her attention. She lowered herself to the ground, balancing herself on her toes, to admire the beautiful flowers. Her gaze was full of happiness as she watched how the leaves rustle slightly due to the breeze. Reaching out, she lightly touched the silky smooth petals of one of the rose blooms. She smiled once more, retreating her hand before a thorn could pierce her skin. Aria rose to her feet once more and continued walking. Her pace was slow as she admired her surroundings.

Einar "Grim" Grimsson Theme song
To fear death...
Spotting a Bleeding Heart vine, the boy smiled and tugged out a small black book, writing in notes as he observed the rare bloom. "Let's see, small, not quite fully in bloom, but with a full aroma. Hmm, let's see, Lamprocapnos Spectabilis, very beautiful, almost ready to bloom." Tapping the bloom with his pencil, he closed his eyes as the bloom opened and released a beautifully full scent. "Ah, how lovely!"
...is to forget to embrace it.
