So, let's begin, shall we?

Let's start off with the Crew. I like most of the Crew, but some... some are...

Well apparently, according to them, some are ''higher'' than us. Or at least they act like it. Are you somehow not equal to me, just because you have some title? Hey, I'm a captain of a guild. A successful guild. So friggin what? I treat all of my members equally. And you should learn to do the same. And don't tell me you do, because we'll then have to test you for eyesight problems. How are you unfair/unequal?

* Crew members pretty much get anything approved, no matter how stupid it is.

* Bias. Do you know how much bias is going on? I see perfectly legible/reasonable jutsu/weapons, and depending on the person, it'll get approved/denied. Same for perfectly ILlegible weapons/jutsu. Some idiot posting a jutsu/weapon Might get approved just because some Crew member likes them. Is this reasonable? No. Is this fair? No.

I myself have not had these problems with any crew members, but I do not like to see my fellow members get bullshitted around just because they are un-liked. And I'm not pointing fingers at any crew member, I'm saying that I've IN MY TIME HERE, seen some major biased bullshit.

* Bossing everyone around, basically with the, ''DO WHAT I SAY OR YOUR a** IS BANNED,'' attitude. And seriously, I have seen people threatening to ban people straight off the bat, totally disregarding the three strikes rule. Shouldn't the CREW MEMBERS of all people follow the rules? It's ridiculous.

And my main problem isn't even with the crew who do stuff like that. It's with the crew who DO NOTHING AT ALL.

Why do they get crew position, when someone perfectly capable of doing it even better simply gets bossed around by them? Because of bias. ''LOLZ, UR MAI FRAND, SO U GOTS TEH CRW POZITION.''

Sure, do that in some guild with 10 members, but not in a guild like this, with five thousand candidates, who could potentially do a way better job than them.

Also, I see so many crew members do absolutely nothing about arguments, if not start them. That's your job, Crew. You're here to stop people from violating ToS.

And that is it for my Crew rant. Ban me if you please, it'll just show your lack of resolve, and that you're unworthy of your position.

Well, I've seen some attempts, but most Crew members sit back and lulz, from what I've seen.

Pretty much everything you said is beyond true! I mean yeah I get full respect from crew, but the only reason they are crew is because they are friends, who are givin the position not in the eyes of responsibilties. I thinl the crew should be rethought, since I know that most of them are not that old, and have joined this guild in less than a year.

Yup. You know, I wouldn't mind if some didn't do anything, as long as they were nice/unbiased, but if you're going to just abuse your title to piss people off, you should seriously be demoted.

Thanks for your suggestions, I don't know if any other crew members are going to read through it, but I'm going to check out the bias argument that you're putting forth. I check around the guild regularly, but I don't think I've seen any unreasonable jutsu/weapon approved. I might have missed them though, since I check them only once everyday.
