I have to take my Daith out because I'm doing vet nursing as a course, and we use stethoscopes a lot. It's fine if I have a second to flip it up before I put the earpiece in, but a lot of the time I won't necessarily HAVE that second, so I'm thinking it's a better move to retire it completely. It makes me sad though, because I've also recently retired one of my helix piercings since I won't be able to wear my corkscrew again either, so I'll be down to three lobe piercings and a single helix.
Ideas for a replacement piercing that's not going to be in the way of stethoscope ear pieces, and uses a stud type of jewelry?
