Serenity|Peace fan

You can only carry four weapons, my reason behind this is so that you can have alot of crazy weapons, but you can't carry them all with you. That is stupid. Your a walking target.

Weakness: Fire will burn the fan but if wind is used it will not burn.
Description:
A giant black fan like in the naruto manga/movie only when opened it shows a design of the heavens and a scene of Serenity and peace. The colors are black and white and is easily opened from back and attached. There is a blue ribbon at the bottom of the fan that shows the direction of the wind to the user's advantage and disadvantage and to also their opponent's disadvatage and advantage.
Rp Sample:
Serina ran through the woods only looking back once in awhile as she laughed. She was in a race of the life in the forest. All she needed to do was get in a big enough area for her Serenity and cut her opponent down. Serina had been running for who knows how long, minutes, hours, seconds! Her opponent was a genin racing ahead of her and needed to be displined quickly for Akira. No killing or slaughtering bah! Her long sleeves flapped in the wind as she raced to catch up to the boy who seemed to think he had lost her. Serina finally caught up to a clearing and saw the boy desperatly try climbing a stone wall, they were under a high cliff and if he managed to get to the top she would loose him to Kumogakure and have to disappoint Akira with the news of that loss. She stopped on a tall stump and took off her fan. "Here little Shane come on boy come home! You can't leave undisciplined and alive but Akira refuses your death for your eyes so come." The boy shook his head and looked at her. Serina frowned and opened the giant fan to show the Peace and Serenity picture as the ribbon flew out of the unfolded fan and waved towards the boy. She held the fan with one hand on the bottom and bent down like she was gonna take off running towards him. She put another hand on the top and flipped the fan to the bottom facing towards the boy called Shane and the top towards the forest. "Oh well, you'll come eventully Shane." She said, smiling and swinging the fan still holding it infront of her as a huge wind accured. "Daikamaitachi no Jutsu (Grand Slashing Wind Skill)!" She had already done hand seals before exiting the forest as the wind sliced up stumps all infront of her and moved toward Shane till it picked him up in a tornado and she held him their with chakra. "Wanna come back yet?" The boy shook his head again and Serina used the wind to start cutting him everywhere like a whipe all over your body it cut him till he screamed 'yes'. She let the wind die down the boy fall to the ground. "Good boy!" She folded her fan and attached it, quickly catching him with her arms.

The Range of the weapon: 20 feet
Weakness: Suiton will exstinguish any fire justu used with the whip/ribbon.
Description: At the bottom of the fan named Serenity is a silky smooth looking blue ribbon. It was known that the fan Serenity had a another weapon hidden within. That weapon is Satanity. Serenity ment peace or angel and Satanity means war or devil. When the fan is close it is hidden but when open it slips out but was used to know the wind's direction. If pulled out when the fan is closed it will have a blue handle like a katana but the whip is flat and black with small bits of red within. It may only be used for Katon justus but can be used without any justus. It is also useful is raiton justus.

Serena was getting bored of the dodging game she was having with this child. The boy seemed afraid but thats what he gets for trying her sanity and patient. "I'll ask you one last time, return it now!" She was demanding the item he stole from her. The boy shook his head trying to act brave and stand up to her. It wasen't working very well. The boy had earlier put glue around her fan and it had hardened quick. She put the fan upside down and took ahold of the blue silky ribbon end. Slipping it out slowley the boy's eyes widened when he saw the black with red hints past the blue beauty of a ribbon turned whip. She folded it up and then snapped it to the side as it made a 'crack' sound to the concrete sidewalk. The boy instantly tried to run. "Ha! You can't run forever!" She put her fan on her back again and ran after the boy ready to snap at him with her Satanity. Beauty of hell she called it. Going into the dark alley of the night the boy had hidden somewhere in the dead end. Snapping her whip at a couple boxs he wasen't there. "You can't hide coward!" She cracked at a trashcan, the thin razor edge on and around the whip sliced at the trashcan to make it louder and scarier for the young boy. He finally ran from another set of boxes and leaned up against the dead end's wall. "Are ya gonna give it back? Or do you want to know why they call this a dead end?" Her voice had that creepy tone she usualy had before a slaughter. The boy held a brown bag up to his chest and threw it to her. She caught it and opened it. "Ah, thanks but now I can't let you tattle tale on me now can I?" She cracked the whip again around the boy foot. Pulling back he slipped down to his rear and thrused his head into the wall. Poor blacked-out orphane. She took the whip off the boy's feet and tied it around his neck. Backing up she infused katon chakra as it lit on fire and she pull back to let it cut and burn through the boy. Severing his head. "Have a nice day~" She turned around and snapped the whip to get any flesh or bone off it maybe some blood off as much as possible. Wrapping up the whip and looking in the brown bag a shimmer showed. It was pure gold in the bag she had tooken from a rish man and that the orphane boy took from her.
