It's pretty hard to see the feeling of depression because of lack of facial expression. Try adding a light shadow under the bangs, head slightly tipped down, a slight sad line on the lips.
The face shape looks a bit odd though. It needs a line to make out the nose, a line to make out the slight curve between the nose and lips (forgot what it's called), a line for the lips of course and a slight curve for the chin.

The head is way too big, and since the body is stiff and thin it makes it seem like the head is dripping out of the neck.
If those are boobs, they seem too flat. Breasts have a half circle at the bottom and a slight diagonal line on top.
If you want to master a little anatomy, try drawing people through observation or with photos. Study the length and width for heads and bodies. 3nodding
Before drawing the body, draw a stick figure like this:
From right to left, the stick figure is drawn first for the pose. Then it's the outline of the body parts and so on.
As for me, I'm still learning how to draw bodies. It takes a lot of practice to make it as good as that hot chick.

The arm is a bit too short, so that's one of the mistakes I noticed on my own. Which is good because I'm becoming more aware of the anatomy. xD
