But apparently most gaians hate GIFs.

My husband had a GIF of Rufus Shinra falling from Advent Children. It was just over the limit and was removed. That was a long time ago.

You can't really edit size of GIFs without ruining the resolution.

While there (amongst all the hate) some people gave suggestions on what they thought would be best. (4 in total)

So to spite the stupid GIF-haters, I'm going to use ALL FOUR.
It's all within the stupid gaia rules, but just looks crowded.

Idea 1: resize it (ruins the resolution)
Idea 2: use just 1 frame (non-GIF)
Idea 3: just post the link (non visable)
Idea 4: post a link to a youtube version (also non-visable AND has a ton of unnessessary extra footage)

And this doesn't include the snoby-noobs that thought I should put it on my profile so THEY wouldn't have to look at it. bakas >.<

Yeah, apparently EVERYONE in the feedback thread hates GIFs.
And has a major problem with telling anyone that does have one in their siggy, that their image sux. (basically horrible in one way or another)

Yeah, most kept mentioning something about crappy computers or dialup, and saying that those were their reasons for not wanting a larger BYTE size limit.

So my theory is that only people with dialup and/or crappy PCs hang out in the feedback thread.

If you don't want to see it, disable signatures.
*shrug* That's what I'd tell them. As long as you are following Gaia's rules and the GIF (wtf, I wrote FIG) isn't breaking the whole "epilepsy" rule then there shouldn't be a problem. Images can be disable, signature viewing can be disabled. So, they can just get over it. ...If I am on a computer that runs a bit slower then I would just temp. block signatures.

Flash is one thing I really dislike. :/ Actually Flash is disabled on my computer, so f-you Gaia. wink

Purple: I actually brought that up. But gaia has them all convinced that the siggys do it the worst. And that they don't have the money to change the system. They're brainwashed into thinking that gaia actually already spends all it's money on maintenence. Those brain-dead idiots.

Rini: Apparently everyone's selfish enough to think that they shouldn't have to disable anything AND not have to look at anything they don't like.

Yeah, I edited the GIF as much as I could without completely destroying it.
