I should know.
Srsly, it's such an awesome place. You should go there one day. Everything is clean and everyone is kind and videos games are cheap and hard to understand.
Also welcome back guys.

I had planned to move over to work and stuff. But there's a 'prejudice' against foreigners (gaijin) who live in the country lol. I wouldn't be employed unless the organisation was either a branch or a western organisation, or if I was an English teacher....
So yeah! Awesome country

l-Kriel-l I plan to sometime in my lifetime. I'm taking japanese next semester. Have fun in your remaining Japantime. I'm home now. It was fun. Giyari I had planned to move over to work and stuff. But there's a 'prejudice' against foreigners (gaijin) who live in the country lol. I wouldn't be employed unless the organisation was either a branch or a western organisation, or if I was an English teacher.... So yeah! Awesome country There didn't seem to be any prejudice against gaijin as students. If anything, we were treated better than the average person.

But I have heard stories of host families completely ignoring the student that is staying with them for the few weeks, untill the student moves to another host house.

It's strange that video games were cheap, because I'm pretty sure they're proportionally much more expensive in Japan.
And your australian dollars are ever so slightly weaker than USD.
THE MATH SIMPLY DOESN'T ADD UP.

Gosh I should learn Japanese before then... You can survive somewhat without the language. They had better English then what my friends had Japanese, and in restaurants, they had pictures you could point at. But I guess living there would be a different manner.
