Anastasia is very cheerful and happy despite her illness. She was the best patient because she always did what everybody asked. Anna seemed to see live through rose-colored glasses, always exaggerating the good things in life, exaggerating them so much, that you could hardly notice the unpleasant moments. Because of her clausterphobia, Anastasia can become very frightened and frail in the blink of an eye. Once she feels too compressed, she'll kick, scream, bite! When she's back to normal Anna can understand that it's all an illness, and she takes her meds like a good little girl. в ι o:
Anastasia was born in Russia. She lived as the poorest of the poor, always cramped in that little shack where she, her parents, and her two elder brothers lived. It was that shack that triggered her clausterphobia, though later in life. When Anna was four, after the birth of her third brother, the family immigrated to America so her father could find a better paying-job to support the growing family. When they arrived at the so called 'job haven', the work he was promised was given to someone else. The family couldn't go back to Russia; they ended up living in a similar hut as they did in their homeland. Anastasia's clausterphobia was triggered and she lived in fear that the walls would cave on her and crush her. Her school's nurse reported her abnormal behavoir. Anna was moved into an asylum for 'safety reasons' and her brothers put into foster care since the family was there illegally. That was the last Anastasia ever saw of her family. The nurses at the asylum promised her that if she got better, she could see her brothers again. So she acts as well-behaved as possible in hopes that they'll fulfill their promise.
I am...Clausterphobic
