Standing on the site of the old Naga Scales stands a recently new built building. The tall white marble walls glimmer slightly as rays of light reflect off of the veins of gold inlaid inside the walls. A sign gently blows in the wind reading in clear letters "Naga Scales" swings above the large oak door. Behind the building there were a series large hangar made of a mercury like metal serving the nearby airfield next ti the large Radio tower. Inside the common room there were elegant yet sturdy tables made of heavy oak and cherry inlaid with veins of silver and crystal. A large fireplace was set deep inside the far wall where a bluish white fire burns softly. A stair case led up to the rooms that could be rented for a nights stay along with special rooms reserved for important people. The rooms was made of white marble like the rest of the room. A large dark blue rug covers the floor with the symbol of a large golden 8 point start burst woven in the rug. A large bed lies against the wall with a large window nearby. A crystal semi sphere pokes out of the ceiling acting as a light which could be controlled by a crystal panel laid in next to the door. Though to the most people it was a place to relax and have a drink after a hard day of work, but to some this served another purpose. Below the main floor were a basement and a sub-basement. The sub basement served as a fair sized armory containing a variety of weapons along with a well supplied medical station. Below that the basement itself was built in the style of dojo with one slight modification. A crystal panel was built on the wall. Upon activation of this panel combat drones could be deployed to be trained against. Don't let the luxury fool you though. This place is heavily defended. Beam turrets lie scattered underground and hidden inside the heavy reinforced walls. Along with these systems it had a its own Edenian designed power core along with three backups. Also another new security feature was a recycling air and water supply along with a Energy shield capable of absorbing energy and delivering it to built in capacitors. Be it , light, kinetic, solar, thermal and most other types of energy.

Yet, it also served another purpose, many pilots hung out, dropping buy for a quick drink, before taking off. Many people would come here, trying to get a ride with one of the pilots, to one of the skyward places.

Duyikia walked silently along the bar, looking out at the empty room. There was not a bit of sound at all. He staggered a bit, before he came out from behind the counter, and sat in a chair, no flash of emotion in his eye at all.

A young girl carrying two daggers ran into the tavern and shut the door behind her. She was breathing heavily and looked around the empty place, looking for a place to run if needed. She listen closely to the outside, then sighed deeply when she was sure that she wasn't being followed. She placed her daggers back into her boots and sat in a chair.

Shiri looked around again with a smile then gasped as she noticed the man sitting in a chair on the other side of the room. She jumped up and grabbed one of her daggers. the chair she was in fell to the floor with and loud clatter.

Whoa! Who are you?

A figure of a man stood in front of the broken down building, clothed in odd black clothing with a rather torn cape. Einherjer, his sword sheathed and mounted on his back. His eyes were cold like that of a killer's. This building looks empty. He thought as he slid in quietly through the furthest window and hid in the dark corner. Just in case. He muttered.

Shiri sensed some other presence besides the man, she pulled out the second dagger and braced herself. She stood in a fighting stance. On the far side of the room was nothing but shadows, but she knew something was there.

Come out, I know you're there...!

The young man stood there, startled. It was a dark night and yet, his position was so easily found. He took a step out into one of the brighter spots where the moonlight had hit, the light stopped just below his neck leaving his face shrouded in darkness. I'm surprised... He sighed. You detected me. May I know your name? He asked in a calm, yet cold manner..

Duyikia stood at the site of the new comer, then the other man.

"I Run this Tavern here," His voice echoed out, his mouth not moving, at all. His white iris looked at the girl, then shifted it's gaze to the man.

He moved behind the counter, his robes dragging behind him.

Shiri loosened her stance a little bit, but didn't let down her guard. She looked around the tavern then at the owner, confused.

So this place isn't abandoned?

She sighed then looked back at the shadow man with contemplation then took a deep breath and tilted her head up at him.

The name's Shir'ya. So, who are you?

The young man remained silent and his face shrouded by the shadows. His head tilted slightly into some light revealing dark, navy blue hair. I am Saito. He finally spoke in a emotionless manner, turning to face the other person inside the building. If this building isn't abandoned...then why is it in such a poor condition?

Saito stoodby for some time before taking two steps back, reaching for a chair and staying near the darker shadows. He pulled the closest chair into the shadows and sat down to rest his legs..

Shiri decided to drop her guard as soon as Saito sat down. There was a darkness eminating from him, but she felt no threat now. She picked up the chair she threw down and lounged in it again. She slipped her daggers easily back into place and looked around the place again. Doesn't seem like a tavern...

Where's everybody if this is a tavern?

She thought about it for a second, then laughed a bit.

Well, seein' this place, no wonder there's nobody here.

She leaned back into her chair and smiled.

"I don't have the will to clean it up well," He sighed, and looked at the man, "People don't come here often, I don't know why." Duyikia continued muttering to himself, as he turned around, and reached for a glass. A Black, jagged hand, with claws stuck out, and grasped it. With a slurping noise, peachy flesh covered the hand, making it appear to be human.

Duyikia turned around, and set the glass on the bar.

Saito, seeing the daggers slide back into where it belonged, began leaning back and relaxing a little more. He sighed, taking a deep whiff of air through his nostrils. The smell of blood... He thought to himself as he watched the man wandering about behind the counter. He calmly rested his arm on the table while staring at the man's hand. Only one thought ran through his mind at that moment, why no one had come often. Is he human?

The thought wandered his mind for a very long, silent moment. Suddenly he cleared his throat. Maybe...because the building is in shambles... He mumbled out aloud, slightly touching the hilt of Einherjer, his trusty sword with the other hand..

Shiri sighed and leaned forward onto the table in front of her. She stared at the shadows where Saito's voice came from. That's the obvious answer.. but there's something else... She pulled out her pipe.

I'm sorry, but anymore silence and I'm gonna crack... Mind if I play something?

Without waiting for a reply, she started playing a soft melody, it almost sounded sorrowful, Shiri thought it matched the mood of this place. She made sure not to concentrate fully on the music, she didn't want to send anyone here into a tailspin of tears. She looked at the two and smiled, it's not like either one of them could cry anyway...

"Nice melody," Duyikia muttered, not looking up.

"Are you people going to stay the night? If so I have a room prepaired."

He looked up, His white eye flashed, from the flicker of a candle hanging on the wall nearest to him.

Nicci silently walked along a road, suddenly having had the urge to walk around outside. She had been cooped up all day. She looked around the sides of the roads and wondered what a good place to go was. Curiously, she looked into the windows of some places, but every time decided not to go and check it out. She didn't know much about this place yet.

Nicci saw a bar, with the most curious but creative name, and walked inside. Seeing there were a few people here already- and being shy- she stood in the doorway and looked around. This was a very interesting place, and she was going to like it, she could tell. At least... that's what she hoped.
