This is a private training grounds used only by ANBU Members and the Will of Fire.

After a few wars, the underground training area has gotten deeper and deeper within the ground making it wider than the build above it of which it is housed in. Due to the help of Raiden Uchiha, un-meltable/un-breakable ice sits around it making it very chilly in the training grounds.
