Candy Cane Creamosa
(Creamosa is a popular french soda)

Ingrediant

Bottle of club soda
Box of candy canes for crushing and garnish. or regular mints for crushing.
Half & Half
Fresh Mint ( Mucho important!)

Crush/Muddle up candy cane mints in glass of Half & Half. ( It will turn pink!)
Strain half and half in a glass of ice. Poor Club soda into glass with half & half and stir.

Add sprig of mint. & Don't forget your candy cane stick!

Optional Whip Cream ( Traditional French style)


1 part half and half for every 3 parts club soda

I made Pineapple creamosa today delicious! But for that one you have to add hone or sugar. Cause the pineapple becomes bitter in the club soda.

Still delicious if you like bitter tastes. Witch I do!
