youtube to ipod

I don't want to convert the videos to mp3s
I want to transfer the videos to my ipod
there are sites out there that do that
I know there are
but I can't find any of them
does someone know one or more of them?

I use something called Free Studio Manager to convert avi and youtube videos into ipod videos.

I checked out my fave site for a list of free software and tried searching for it.
