My cousin,i love her dearly but it seems that whatever i do..She does better or maybe even down grades my accomplishments. She pushes me down mentally and physically just to show how much more superior she believes she is...Like im fairly shy being new to highschool so i make a really close friend she meets him and magicall claims him to be her new best friend, all of a sudden he has to move i say."Gilbert im really mad/sad your leaving..."So she says:"Who cares im Angry/depressed he was like my best friend!"she tries to out do me at everything i have asthma so it was a bit exciting when i ran my mile in nine minutes faster than she did but here was her response."So im still stronger than you,and i have a backbone so its whatever."I was able to break a glass bottle her response:"So im able to break a plastic boddles and a girls nose."or sometimes i could just mess up but instead of help she offers:"Haha!See if i had done that it would worked out.."She steals my friends...Crushes...Pride..And alot of the time breaks my confidence...I know there not alot of yelling but my spirits are too low..She treats me more like someone far below her status than family..

It's all a matter of pride. Some people are just too afraid to sacrifice boosting their own egos to care about how they're making others feel. If boasting about what she could do makes her feel good, block it out. It shouldn't be affecting what you can do. Don't live your life out trying to live up to what she can do or claims she can do. If you have your own accomplishments, live with them, and don't let her bring you down.
If it's hurting you like this, talk to her about it. Tell her how she's making you feel.

Have you just tried pushing her away in general? That sometimes worked for me when I had a problem like that.
