My holiday started with a bad internet connection and a 1 to 2 hour call to tech support only to find out that the problem wasn't with the model that they had given us, but with the router that we had added later. (a long time ago now) There was a conflict and I had to reset the router and re-input some of the LAN data.

Well now it's fixed, and I hope it'll stay that way >.<
