It's the Android version of an iPad.
And it does have a drawing app.

Pandora is awesome but I know that on the computer it's only 40hrs free. My bf has the app on his iphone but he's never used it more than 40hrs to see if it's different on the app. My friend uses Pandora on her bluray player and uses it more than 40hrs (unpaid) ... so yeah. That was a lot of useless info. Because 40 free hrs is better than none.
