Reading of the Constitution at the 112th Congress

I am watching FNC's Happening Now as the 112th Congress reads the Constitution. Starting with those famous words I cried out a month ago:

"We the People..."

Read by John Boehner the new Speaker of the House.

Now aside from versions and etc arguments. Who agrees this is a wise thing to do?

lol well its honestly meaningless unless they actually do uphold it and hold every law in effect by it past present and future.
