In "Wonderland" twins were born.
They looked nothing like each other.
One had blonde hair; the other had red hair. One had blue eyes; the other had red eyes.
No one questioned this. At the time, they thought it was pretty common.
Then, a great war broke out. The twins were separated from each other.
One, was taken to the human world. The other, was taken to the castle.

Alice is the child that was taken to the human world. She has no memory of her times in Wonderland. Her adoptive parents never told her she as adoptive. She believes that they are her real parents. She was raised to be a polite and caring child. She was never spoiled even if she had everything she wanted. She was kidnapped when she was little, and raped around the same time as Scarlet was raped by her father. But, she never bore a child. One day a rabbit fetched Alice [when Alice was around15] and brought her to Wonderland once more. There she met Scarlet.

Scarlet is Alice's twin sister. Unlike Alice she remembers everything that has happened. Also, unlike Alice, she has lived under a cruel stepmother and an abusive stepfather. She bore a twins because her father had gone too far. She named them March and White. [The March Hare and The White Rabbit] Scarlet sent her son, The White Rabbit, to fetch Alice and bring her down to Wonderland. So, that she can revenge on her. Although, the truth was she just wanted Alice back, but she never admitted this to herself until later on.
