Mmmm. I highly doubt it. There has been Coke Icee since I was a youngster. ...Same with the Mt. Dew ones. So, I think the Cotton Candy one would have been newer. But, it doesn't even appear on their website. I'd have to like e-mail them to find out about it. xD
