Ninja World War [VOTE]

Alright let's stop this throwing out ideas and begin to narrow down our options or else this thing will be forgotten the last like 3 times we've tried this.

1. Vote on whether you want allies or free-for-all.
2. If no allies we can set a time (example - Feb.7) that everyone will lose all ties to each other and begin a era of war, if we have allies I will make another vote for who is to be teammed up with whom or we can discuss it.

I would say that it should start as a free-for-all, but then switch to alliances at the end. But the problem is with the Rain Village, since its not going to be able to compete with the other villages, so it shall be designated as a mercenary village for other villages to hire. Also the Sound Village will be coming back, and the same situation will happen. So it too will be a mercenary village. Unless they ally themselves with stronger nations.

Just a quick estimation but for military power this is how I think it goes.

HIGH - Leaf & Cloud
MEDIUM - Sand & Mist
LOW - Rock, Rain, Grass,Castel & Sound.

A free for all would be cool but the last 4 wouldn't fair so well fighting against the others so I guess we'll go with what Alicia said.

Rock, Rain, Grass, Castel and Sound will continue to be open and working but will be "neutral" among the fighting and will instead be turned into "Ninjas for Hire", in a way. For example let's say if Leaf wanted to have a strong Rock ninja help them with assassinated the kazekage they can send a ninja over to try to "sway" the shinobi to side with them in return for something like a scroll or a favor.

Well rain is currently in need of a few things. I just got two mokuton users but don't have a way to teach them, ans there are other bloodlines and clans working their. Way in.

in the ninja world, dynamo can over rule treaties made by the kages. we'd just say it was the dynamo's who ordered it.

Well obviously we'd make an arc about how animosity between the villages began to rise and after a certain village attacked another it had a chain reaction that got everyone involved.
