:-when I dream, I see the foxfire dance-:
Name: Foxfire Dance Nickname(s): (give her some?) Gender: Female Personality: She's a... bit of a stalker, sort of. A lurker, rather. She will slink through the undergrowth and reeds, doing her best to stay out of sight, and watch. Sometimes she's just hunting for food if she doesn't feel like plants, but when it comes to other kimeti she goes through essentially the same motions, just without the chasing or attempting to chew on them. (Most of the time. She might gnaw at a horn or some tail fluff a bit if she's in a mood.) She is not particularly shy, nor particularly ashamed if she is caught (even if those who caught her were in an... awkward position at the time). She will converse if approached, or on the odd occasion when she is drawn to approach someone else of her own accord. Most of the time she tries to play the part of a silent shadow, and will watch those around her for a bit and leave without them ever knowing she was there. Now, while she finds social situations awkward because a lot of the time she just doesn't understand the many levels of subtlety and complexity involved, if there is a story/song/dance session going on, even in a small degree, she is all over that. Particularly the dancing. All in all she can be a very sweet and affectionate sort if you can win her over. And if you get on her bad side, she will be very unpleasant at you for forever (or unless you can change her mind if you're lucky). Background: She has the ancestral kimeti memory, of course, but for the vast majority of her life before adulthood most of her learned behavior and interaction involved a family of owlcats that just sort of put up with her hanging around. This has a great deal to do with her stalking behavior and her awkwardness in average kimeti social situations. Family: Parents: unknown Siblings: unknown Mate/Warm Body: Offspring: Mate/Warm Body: Offspring: etc.
Pet/Familiar
Name: Brother Nickname: Gender: Male Personality: Sassy, stubborn, and affectionate on his schedule. Also grumpy if you try to make him do something before he's damn well ready to do it. Background: Born part of a wild litter at just about the same time that Foxfire Dance stumbled upon the rotten old remains of a fallen mangrove that his parents happened to have chosen for their den. She hung around, and they tolerated her, and maybe fed her a little bit. The filly started calling them all by familial titles for names, and they more or less adopted one another. For all that he seems to enjoy pushing his "sister's" buttons, though, he's actually very protective. Anyone who messes with her had best be prepared for a face full of angry owlcat. Family: Parents: unknown Siblings: unknown Mate/Warm Body: Offspring:
