Basic

Kaze Bunshin (Wind Clone)
Description: Basically your typical clone, formed from wind. It is easily bested by any sort of skill, but this clone is still better than the average bunshin as it is able to attack and be attacked.

Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu (Wind Levitation)
Description: Utilising and controlling the wind, the user is able to force the wind beneath an object in order to force it to rise up from the ground. The effectiveness of this jutsu is very much dependant upon the weight of the object in question, so large objects will take longer to lift, while lighter objects can be quickly lifted. Additionally, as the jutsu works by forcing wind beneath the targeted object, the higher the object gets, the harder it is to raise it any higher. The users control affects the speed at which they may raise an object, so while a person with only 5 control would be slow to raise a rock the size of a persons head, someone with a control of 40 could lift enormous boulders without showing significant sign of slowing. Only inanimate objects can be levitated.

Yadama Furooseigyo (Projectile Control Skill)
Description: A basic skill for those learning to master the art of wind control. With the ability to control air currents the user can utilize them to their advantage when throwing projectiles such as kunai or shuriken, using the wind to aid the speed and trajectory of their weapon. Someone with a 5 in control would only be able to give it a slight boost in power, while someone with a control of 40 could make them fly twice as fast.

Hanpatsu Kaze no Jutsu (Retrieving Wind Technique)
Description: Creating a small gust of wind, the user utilizes it to push towards them instead of away, specifically to push nearby objects towards them. Those with a 5 or so in Power will only be able to push small objects about the size of a kunai or shuriken towards them, while someone with a 40 in Power can push large animals and even people.

Genin

Boufuu Kyouzuu no Jutsu (Gale Surge)
Description: A defensive jutsu at best. The user distils the air around him or her with his or her chakra and at the exact moment of attack releases a large burst of air. The blast of wind goes out three feet and knocks a victim back at least five feet and can stop projectiles. It is a defensive move that is usually used when the user is caught off guard. The wind can only be released in one direction however, and a cool down period of three posts is required before it can be used again.

Kaze Bakuhatsu (Wind Explosion)
Requirements: Kaze Bunshin
Description: Wind is gathered with chakra into a swirling ball that is hurled towards the opponent. The blast explodes on impact, causing cuts on the target's body if a direct hit. The actual force of the explosion of the Kaze Bakuhatsu feels as if a Gouken Stage 2 Punch is hitting you. A cool down period of two posts is required before this jutsu can be used again.

Yadama Henshin Bakuha (Projectile Deflection Blast)
Description: Building up a great amount of air in their chest, the user distils chakra to expel a great gust of wind directly from their mouth. The wind is not strong enough to push back something as solid as a human body but can deflect light projectiles such as kunai and shuriken.

Okuridashi Kaze (Propelling Winds)
Description: Loosing a short blast of air from their hands, the user is able to propel themselves in the opposite direction with considerable force. This jutsu is ideally suited to Wind ninjutsu specialists, who often tend to favour avoidance of attacks rather than powerful defences, and can be used to either move very quickly to the side, or even propel themselves quite high into the air.

Kamaitachi no Jutsu (Slashing Wind Skill)
Requirement: Weapon, like a fan
Description: The user uses chakra and a weapon usually to create large bursts of wind at an extent. In reality it is not an actual burst of wind but a tornado that came from the user. The wind slashes objects; at most it can cut tree branches. Like a real tornado, the wind expands as it goes farther and hits larger targets. The wind disappears after being shot for twenty feet and at most it widens to fifteen feet. If this hits you will be severely cut and knocked back, and most genin elemental jutsu are dispelled when they are hit by this jutsu.

Fuuton: Shinkuutai Naihatsu (Wind Element: Air Pocket Bursts)
Description: Focusing on the air around them, the user is capable of causing parts of the wind to “burst” suddenly, causing anything nearby to be knocked aside. The burst does not do any damage however, and its primary purpose is to interrupt and leave the enemy open for further attacks. However the bursts can only be created within a twenty metre radius of the user and only at spots they are able to see.

Bouseki Tate no Kaze (Spinning Shield of Winds)
Description: Focusing on an area in front of them about 5 feet wide and across, the user dispels chakra to cause the wind to spin rapidly in a circular motion, creating something akin to a shield. Instead of deflecting attacks however the shield will reflect whatever was thrown at them back towards the enemy at the same speed it was fired at.The degree of reflection depends on the user’s control stat; a 5 would only reflect small projectiles and stage one ninjutsu, while a 40 could repel fairly large thrown weapons and level 4 ninjutsu techniques.

Kaze no Yoroi (Armor of Wind)
Description: The user utilizes his chakra and the wind around him to create a whirlwind around himself. The wind forms a circle around the user, five feet in radius, so ten feet in diameter. The wind picks up debris and acts as armour for the user. The wind armour lasts for five posts. Debris on the ground strengthens the armour and projectiles thrown towards the wind also become part of the armour. A taijutsu user is useless against the armour. A genin who gets caught in the wind will become part of the armour, Chuunin will be knocked back five feet, and a Jounin will be knocked back two feet. An elemental jutsu is useless against the armour, but if one is used against the armour it weakens it greatly. Two posts after an elemental jutsu is used against the Kaze no Yoroi the armour is dispelled.

Academy Student

Henge No Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
Description: A user of this skill has the ability to transform their outer appearance to that of another form, which can be a person or object. However, due to the physical restrictions on the body, the user cannot transform into anything extremely smaller or larger than what they already are. Therefore one could not transform into a shuriken or a small animal. Neither can the user transform into an enlarged or distented form of anything (therefore no such thing as a small human-sized adult elephant, or a human-sized ant). Therefore the user must always be within the same proportions as the original form of the object. Also, the user does not gain any extra physical ability through Henge. (i.e. transforming into a cheetah will not give you a cheetah's speed) Henge is dispelled when the user is touched in an offensive matter. Thus after the user hits the target in their transformed state they revert.

Kawarimi No Jutsu (Body Switch Technique)
Description: A common jutsu - used to quickly replace a body with a close by object. Creates confusing among the opponent(s) - creating a chance to escape, or return with a larger strike. Useful for avoiding attacks, and hiding from potential enemies.

Kakuremino No Jutsu (Magic Cloak Of Invisibility Technique)
Description: A very basic skill utilizing a sheet to help the user in blending with the background. This is actually only used by Academy students.

Nawanuke No Jutsu (Rope Untying Technique)
Description: A basic skill that lets the user invest chakra into a rope or chain to push the knot in it in the right way, so it loosens. This is used to escape from a rope binding.

Anrokku no Jutsu (Unlocking Technique)
Description: A relatively easy-to-perform jutsu used mostly on stealth missions and when stealing. By concentrating chakra on a basic lock such as a door lock or on a safe, the user can force the mechanism to unlock even without the key or knowing the code. Nothing about the lock will have changed other than it will open once before it locks up again. This skill leaves no signs of tampering.

Genin

Name of Jutsu: Arial dodge
Description: This is a very basic in air manuver. after focusing chakra into their feet in mid air the user will suddenly release it and spin off to one side 5ft (10 for genin, 15 for Chuunin, 20 for Jounin) which allows them to dodge an attack in mid air. this technique can be extremely useful when up against straight forward techniques such as the Great Fire Ball and Water Dragon jutsu's.

Chakra Kami Nawa (Chakra Hair Rope)
Description: By laying down large amounts of hair, the user can create a chakra infused rope that can bind an opponent's legs to the ground. This leaves the enemy open to various kinds of attack since they are unable to move. In order to be effective, the opponent must be standing on the hair.
System: The number of posts the enemy will be unable to move is equal to the user's Chakra Control. For each point more the enemy has in Chakra Power than the user does, the effect will diminish a post. The minimum remains at one, though, and can never be fully negated.

Chakra Hikari no Jutsu (Chakra Light Technique)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to make a ball of chakra that produces light. Although it can’t harm anyone it’s useful for when going in dark areas and good for letting your comrades know where you are if you get lost in a foggy place.

Kinobori no Jutsu (Tree Walking Technique)/Kabenobori no Jutsu (Wall Walking Technique)
Description: By focusing chakra into the feet and keeping it balanced, the user can walk up against vertical objects and cling to its surface.

Kyou Masukingu No Jutsu (Sound Masking Technique)
Description: This ninjutsu helps to cover up any sounds the user makes if they are on a mission that requires stealth. The user sends some chakra to the target’s ears and performs the needed hand seals. Any natural sounds in the area (running water, crickets, wind, ect…) are magnified slightly to mask any soft sounds that the user may make.

Nin Shiki Kaado (Secret Information Cards)
Description: A technique which conceals information of an individual on a card. The information is burned onto the cards with chakra and can only be revealed by the user's chakra. Of course, this technique can also be used to store information on a different object and conceal it, like a wall, a door, or scroll. This technique cannot be used to burn information to a card that your character does not actually know, or has known at some point in his or her life. In other words, if your character is to put information onto a card about a shinobi, then that character must have met this other shinobi (or studied him through some other means), and learned from him exactly what it is the other shinobi can do before that information can be put on the cards.

Name of Jutsu: Shadow dancing bushin
Description: this jutsu is a combo between normal bushin no jutsu and shadow of the dancing leaf the ninaj makes hand signs and disappears wit hspeed and can attack hte enemy from many diffrent angles but when the enemy defends they will find that it is olny an illusion this move can confuse enemies and give the user a chance to observe the enemies fighting style, this justu doesn't do damage except when the user attacks the ememy himself

Name of Jutsu: Shadow vision fist
Description: The user of the Taijutus first throws an extremly fast punch at an opponent but brings the punch back and then throws another punch at the opponent the purpose of this is that when the user does this fast enough they may give the illusion of two punches and when the opponent gaurds from the first punch the user may aim their second punch past the targets defences

Being in the training grounds that was raining, and looking around, he saw the teacher. He said back curiously "Nice trick, teach! I wanna learn that pronto. Hehe!" he said rising his thumb up cheerfully. Of course, he was always ready for training, especially with his cheerful attitude, but was his teacher actually the happy type of guy to allow his own attitude, or just ignore his curios state.

Red X was eager to begin his training, Kemuri could see that. He considered the boys request to learn his techniques, he could infarct teach the boy his jutus, but pushed the thought to the back of his mind. The two shinobi were in a large room, almost like a ware house. There were no windows and only the one door, and it was lit by flickering light same as in the building before.

Adam raised his brow behind his mask, as he let his thumb down, and said "Well, here's the list, teach" he said as he took the other not blank scroll from his belt and showed it to the teacher.

Studying the scroll he nodded, "Fuuton. Ok lets get you started then." he said as he focused on the Academy level techniques. He began explaining everything to red X. "Well wind is an interesting element. i has high levels of control. You can mold the battle however you want if you use wind. and it cutting power is surpassed by none. I want you to learn the academy techniques." he said as he did the seals and displayed each technique to Red X.

After doing this Kemuri exhaled a large amount of smoke, it appeared to come out of no were because he was not smoke at the time. The smoke molded itself until it turned into a wooden chair, that the ninja sat down in.

Adam nodded at Kemuri as he said "Alright teach! I'll do my best!" he said cheerfully and with much zest, as he lifted his red X-marked gloves, and concentrated his chakra much like Kemuri had taught him strangely with whatever type of jutsu he used. Maybe it was some sort of genjutsu. Either way he was ready to train. Without even the slightest movement for handsigns he concentrated and made 2 wind clones around himself, and then looked at them, saying "Booyah! Aced the first one!"

The clones disappeared at Adam's command, and he would now concentrate on that next move to learn. Maybe this one would be even easier? No, they already seemed real easy to him, since he was part of the Fuuton Masters clan. He took one of his little brushes out, as he now controlled his chakra to levitate it with the Kaze Fuuchuufuyuu (Wind Levitation) technique. He now aced another jutsu with even less problems than the one before. This was starting to get rather easy. He whispered now "Oh yeah." as he aced another academy level ninjutsu.

Now Adam had to concentrate on 2 other jutsu which should be quite easy, since Wind Ninjutsu was very easy to Adam thanks to his clan. He was very excited learning new jutsu and especially with a "smoking" teacher, he thought to himself as a joke. He now needed to learn to control projectiles in midair he threw. He picked up one of his red Shuriken that where rather unique coming from a ninja, and threw one, and then controlled it in midair to go towards the right. He smiled again, as he controlled it towards himself, got it in his hand, and would be ready for the next jutsu.

He now picked up a brush from one of his back pockets in his belt that was almost to the side of himself, as he now needed to throw something and retrieve it in midair. All this jutsu seemed so easy though, so he wondered what other type of jutsu his teacher would teach him after, since he had so many in his list. Would the teacher teach him the rest in the same day? Either way, he threw the brush at the air, and the retreived it with his jutsu to his right hand rather easily. He raised his thumb up at the teacher and said "Alright teach! You're smoking awesome. I'm done with the Academy level wind ninjutsu." he said with much zest.

Kemuri's cool and calm attitude just made some seals again to show him the next level of wind ninjutsu he needed to learn with a cloud of smoke coming over him. He didn't answer back, but that wouldn't stop Red X from saying his slang, and being all cheery. After the cloud of smoke went out, and Kemuri was sitting in the same chair again, he was now ready to learn the next level of wind ninjutsu. He just looked northward as he concentrated his chakra to make the Gale Surge ninjutsu, and blow a large amount of air up to three feet in front of him without even raising his arms for an effort, just pure concentration behind that mask.

Adam looked at his right hand as he raised it up, and now needed to make a ball of wind in it. He concentrated chakra into it without the use of handsigns, and slowly felt something accumulating in it. He was commanding the wind around him to his right hand, and making a ball of wind in it to throw. He accumulated a 6-inch large ball in his hand and threw it frontward, as it exploded and just send wind outwards. He was still cheery and said "Oh yeah!" he exclaimed cheerfully.
