I found out the other day that my ex called up my new gfs mom. she said that I had RAPED HER. Apparently she's been telling other people as well. some believe her, some just think she's a lying B****. Does she seriously have nothing better to do with her time than to try and waste mine?

Tell her and/or her parents to back off, or you'll file a harassment suit. What she's doing is very malicious, and any matters of this sort should be advanced to a courtroom. Which, she has not done nor intends to do, since she wouldn't have any proof.

I agree with Xallus.
If you had raped her, she'd have taken you to court a looooong time ago. No rape victim goes around telling people but not doing anything about it. If anything, it should be you taking her to court. I don't know much about law, but this might be considered slander and -of course- harrassment. If only there were a way to prove her wrong.
But what I think really matters is if your new gf and her parents believe you or your ex.

not that im defending the wench or anything, but how do you prove or disprove rape? you have to have like a video or something to prove it and you can only do the tests for up to like 3 days after.....
wait i just thought of something, if you took her to court, wouldnt you have to disprove her accusastion to justify taking her to court? hmm id have to ask my grandparents....

The fear that you may get into deep s**t for your lie tends to do the trick though, especially when the judicial system gets involved. Since she seems to not be traumatized enough to keep it hush hush, they'll be eager to ask her questions on her own negligence too. I sure as hell would be too.

He was a marine who served for his country yet was still seen as scum by the other inmates, how would the OP fare there? razz
ps. The girl who accused him failed a psychological evaluation for rape victims.
pps. I've gotten consent from him to talk about the case before, and this is to get OP to open his eyes about the severity of rape allegations.

Thanks, guys, I just felt the need to rant about what's been pissing me off. Still, supposedly she's gonna be at a school dance tomorrow, I just wanna spend the evening with my new gf and my friends, her "escort" promised that he would try keeping her away from me. I can already tell she's gonna end up cheating on the guy she's with now with her escort. (ps. Sorry more ranting.)

I looked it up.
Slander- words falsely spoken that damage the reputation of another.
Libel- a false and malicious publication printed for the purpose of damaging the reputation of another.
You can totally sue her for slander. I think libel does cover the internet. All you'll need is proof, which will be very difficult to get. So far it's your word against hers.

Follow these steps and you will be at peace
Not exactly 100% sure if this will work but
1 ) Ignore
2 ) Don't bother to even get involved with your ex
3 ) Don't talk to your ex.
4 ) If you see your ex in public then pretend she's not there.
5 ) Don't stoop so low to her level, revenge doesn't help.
6 ) If you really want to screw her good, then file a law suit and sew her for everything she's got. Not literally though.
7 ) But seriously, do not go to her house and swear at her and all of that stuff. Just know that you will have a better life than her, while she has to go out every night and have babies with other people just to get money. Be happy with your life, and implant a message in your mind that she's a female dog that should die in a hole and burn in hell. Even if later on she says she's "sorry" and wants to be your friend. Then just say forget it! Remind her of the rumor she spread, and tell her that for as long as you live you will never forget the day she became your enemy.
P.S. Your ex, is she failing all of classes? The reason why I'm asking is because she just does not seem like the brightest light bulb out there.
What kind of idiot would believe her? lol
Ranting is okay. . .I think expressing your thoughts about anger by writing or typing helps relieve your anger. It's almost like drawing someone's face on a pillow and then beat it up. Ranting helps if you just write out your problem. The feeling after your done doing this probably feels very relaxing or you're glad that you can finally just put it out there instead of keeping it to yourself. When someone says they want to talk to you about their problem, I don't exactly think talking helps that much. It's usually goes this away : I don't want to say it, or when you're reminded of it by some psychologist who is a complete stranger to you, then a bunch of emotions just start pouring out. There are tons of possibilities, but these are all I can think of right now.
