Nintendo is pulling out all the stops to get you into the store to order Pokemon Black and White, and next up it's Celebi!!! Here's the official blurb from the Pokemon website:

"For a limited time, get the Time Travel Pokemon Celebi via the character distribution event. Stop by the Pokemon Black Version and White Version Tour as it travels across the country beginning February 5th, or visit GameStop stores starting on February 21st! This distribution event marks the first time you can receive Celebi in your English-language copy of Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, or SoulSilver Version. You can't get Celebi through normal gameplay, so don't miss this opportunity to get this extraordinary Pokemon!

When you receive Celebi, you won't just be getting an incredible Pokemon - you'll be getting a powerful Celebi with moves that it can't get through normal training. This Celebi knows the move Nasty Plot, which greatly increases Celebi's Special Attack stat. You can use it to strengthen another of Celebi's moves, Leaf Storm, a strong Grass-type move. Then, Celebi knows Recover, which regains lost HP, and Healing Wish, which causes Celebi to faint but completely heals the next Pokemon you bring into battle. To make this Celebi even more special, it's holding a Jaboca Berry, a Berry that you wont' find in your copy of Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, or SoulSilver Version. This Berry does damage once to any opponent that also does damage to Celebi. Of course, once you receive this Berry, you can plant it to grow more of them in your game!

There are also a couple of special scenarios you can discover when you receive Celebi. First, if you bring Celebi into your copy of Pokemon HeartGold or SoulSilver, you can use it to engage in a classic confrontation - take Celebi to the Shrine in the Ilex Forest to travel back in time and fight the Team Rocket boss Giovanni! Plus, if you transer Celebi to your copy of Pokemon Black Version or Pokemon White Version, you'll unlock the opportunity to catch Zorua, a Pokemon you can't get anywhere else in any game!

Visit the Pokemon Black Version & White Version Tour beginning February 5th, or head to GameStop stores between February 21st and March 6th to get the Mythical Pokemon Celebi!"

From the screenshot, it looks like Celebi is level 50! If you've been keeping up with all the recent releases (like me!), then Celebi will be the final pokemon you need to complete the National Pokedex! And you can get it just in time to start all over again in Pokemon Black and White!
