The Blue Bird Pirates are rising in status within the Pirate World. Jay, the Captain of the Blue Bird Pirates, is out to seek for One Piece to obtain the title of the next Pirate King. Monkey D. Luffy, former Pirate King and the one who hid One Piece once again. It's an everlasting journey for pirates all over the world; a common dream to find One Piece and be deemed the new Pirate King.
Through a pirate's journey to find One Piece, they end up learning many things. Take the Blue Bird Pirates for example, currently consisting of Jay, Sheri, Ian, Reed, Iris Lee, and Noir. Each of them hold their own individuality, each different with similar desires. To find One Piece. But, along this journey, they'll meet new people, after all, the Blue Bird Pirates just started with Jay and Sheri. As they grow in numbers, meeting various types of people with their own stories, the Blue Bird Pirates will come closer in reaching their goal of One Piece. As they live life together, they start to realize that finding One Piece isn't a one man job. It's a team effort. Eventually, you end up not being 'one' person, but perhaps 'two' as a pair.

"We're here~!" The pink haired female celebrated as the Nest landed at the shore of the island. She hopped out of the topnest, sliding down the rope rather than using the ladder. The Pink Cloud, Sheri, loved the sea, but it was nice to see land again after such a long time.
"Hold up!" The Blue Bird, Jay, growled before Sheri could jump off the Nest. Everyone was already gathered, it was time to figure out who would be staying with the ship.
"Well, I'm definitely not staying, I have to go pick up some things for the Nest," the mechanic of the Blue Bird Pirates, Iris Lee, immediately said.
Jay scratched his chin.
"Alright then, how about Iris and Lionel go to get whatever Iris needs, Ian and Sheri do groceries, Allen and Noir stay on the ship, and Reed you can do whatever," he decided in one go. "We'll all meet up back here in the afternoon okay!" With that all being said, Jay hopped off the Nest and went off into town.
Sheri frowned to herself. Personally she wanted to be the one who could do whatever. But, why did Jay have to pair her off with Ian?! Being around him made her so nervous all the time...

"What? You disappointed," Ian said noting Sheri's frown, "Come on, we're going to go get some food."
He ruffled her hair to motion her to follow him. Ian couldn't help think he was lucky today to be with Sheri. He hardly got to spend any alone time with her. He liked her. He accepted that. But, he also accepted that Sheri was probably Jay's, so he settled to be her brother instead.
"Come on, now. Quit frowning"
"See you, hun," Rose smiled, kissing the man who smelt heavily of cigarettes and alcohol.
She gave him one last smile and turned away. The man laughed and pulled her back to kiss her roughly. Rose forced herself to giggle and hopped onto her feet. Once out the door, she wiped away the smear lipstick.
"Disgusting," she scowled, making her way to get ready for the the show.

"No... I'm not disappointed, I'm just always stuck doing chores y'know," Sheri replied. The two of them headed into town as well, it was a little quiet between them. Well, the thing was, Sheri wasn't really sure what to say. It was true, she had a thing for Ian ever since Jay and her found him, it was love at first sight. Over time as she learned more about him, she continued to fall deeper in love. She really became self-conscious around him. But, the problem was, she knew he didn't see her like that at all, even though they were they were nearly the same age. They reached the marketplace, filled with various venders.
"So, is there anything in particular you're looking for?" Sheri asked, a rare attempt of her trying to make conversation.
Jay headed down the streets, heading to an interesting part of town. Evidently, he was looking for some amusement. Since they haven't found an entertainer for the ship, it got mighty boring after a while. Jay kept on a poker face, as everyone around him glared at him as if wanting to pick a fight with him. He kept his mind busy, thinking of how he sent Ian off with Sheri. He knew Sheri since they were kids, they both dreamed of becoming pirates and finding One Piece. Never once did he see her as a 'love interest', she just wasn't his type, she was more like a sister. So, Jay went out and did a 'bro favour' for Ian, it was sometimes quite obvious that Ian had something for Sheri, but Jay just couldn't figure out why Ian didn't just sneak into her room one night and give her a good f***. Whatever. Before Jay knew it, he found himself entering a flashy casino.

"Whatever looks good," Ian answered, then noticed a little kiosk selling hair accessories.
He stared at a cute flower pin and turned to look at Sheri's hair. He turned back to the pin and dropped a beli on the counter before smoothly clipping it in Sheri's hair.
"Lighten up. Chores can be fun."
Rose tromped upon stage with the other girls. By far she was the most gorgeous one of them there, but it meant she was prey for all these dirty pirates. Strangely enough, Rose had managed to keep herself a virgin. It was easy to deal with these mean, promising them next time, giving them a blow job to distract them, or giggling. The men screamed out when she sandwiched her voluminous breasts together and gave them a wink.

Sheri felt her cheeks go warm as she felt Ian touching her hair. From there she couldn't help, but smile. She wanted to say that it was only fun 'cause it was with him, but she couldn't bring herself to saying it.
"Let's get out supplies quickly, I'm sure Allen and Noir would want to head out too," Sheri said instead.
"I didn't expect the Captain to be here."
Jay turned his head sharply seeing none other than the doctor of the Blue Bird Pirates.
"Oh. Go figures you're here Reed," Jay answered merely.
"So which is your favourite?" Reed asked ignoring Jay's comment. Jay stared at Reed as if he was crazy, but Reed merely smiled in response. "I'm reckoning you favour that one the most?" Jay groaned, the stupid doctor was always so observant.

"Yeah. Probably," Ian replied.
An hour later, Ian was dragging a cart full of food and licking and ice cream cone with Sheri. They returned to the ship and Allen and Noir gratefully decided to go for a walk. Being on the sea for a while, it was hard not to miss walking on land. Ian unloaded and sat with Sheri. It was quiet for a while, as the ocean breeze ruffled their hair.
"Do you like your pin?" he asked.
Rose was singing with the other girls in a burlesque dance. As they bent over and slowly came up, the loudest, most obnoxious pirate roared in pleasure, his beer sopping out of its cup and landing on a nearby pirate who happened to be Jay.
"Oh snaps. I'm out of here. See ya at the Nest!" Reed waved and ran off not wanting to be there if Jay were to explode in rage.

"It's nice," Sheri answered simply with a smile. It was quite rare for the two of them to be alone like this, well, it was more like Sheri avoided it. That wasn't such a good thing, but that was just how she was. So, her mind went elsewhere. It was really a nice day today, her eyes closed briefly feeling another cool, refreshing breeze pass by.
Indeed as Reed had predicted, Jay was flickering in rage. It was a sharp blink of light as he ended up in front of the pirate whose drink landed on him. Lightning streams danced across his skin as he glared at the man.
"Get outta my view!" The pirate complained trying to look around Jay. Rather than responding, Jay are reached out grabbing the man.
"You really wanna mess with me?" Jay growled, evidently pissed off.
