Lock stood beside his lover, several candy bars in his hands as he waited in line. Hearing himself addressed, he glanced back down to Ethan and blinked in confusion, then shook his head. "I'm fine, just thinking. Hey, why don't you ever get me flowers?" He crossed his arms, lips pursed. "I mean, I buy you things all the time, but you've never gotten me flowers. And now some random person gives me flowers and I'm just... Never mind, it's stupid."

"Huh?" Ethan blinked up at the blonde. Lock didn't usually complain about gifts, but that was because fans gave him gifts constantly and he was more than rich enough to buy this store. "Uh... I could get you some if you want?" he offered then looked at the candy. "Here, why don't I buy your candy?" he said and lifted his basket for Lock to set the candy into.

"No, it's fine," he said, keeping the candy to himself and staring forward. "I don't mind you not getting me flowers. Just... I'd appreciate the thought every now and then." They stepped forward again, and the young blonde glanced to the woman behind them who shook her head at Ethan and sighed for the Korean. She totally understood.

Ethan gaped at Lock, his eyes darting away only when he heard the woman sigh. What the hell? Where did all of this come from?! Flowers...? That's coming from the guy that was trying to show him porn during class! Since when did Lock act like that? Even if he wanted a gift, Ethan always made it clear that he'd share his oranges with him, and that's saying something!
The Texan sighed and turned back to the counter when it was his turn. He ignored the strange look the cashier gave him (even though it was, like, their fifth time in this situation) and handed all the oranges to her. As she tried to put them all on the register's scale, Ethan sideways glanced at Lock and swiped his candy from him, tossing it onto the counter and accidentally knocking down the tower of oranges on the scale. "Treating me like a bad boyfriend..." he grumbled under his breath while ignoring the venomous look the cashier gave him. The way Lock stood forlornly and the way Ethan became cranky gave him a sense of deja vu, though he couldn't quite make out as to why.

"Hey!" griped Lock as the candy bars were taken from him. Seeing the oranges fall, he immediately set to work helping pick them up and apologizing for Ethan, doing his best to get them all back in place. He kept apologizing over and over, until the cashier finally made him stop talking once the tower was rebuilt. His hand reached out, smacking Ethan's shoulder. "Stop pouting and apologize for almost breaking your oranges!"

"I'm not pouting!" Ethan growled and shot the cashier a look that made her stop glaring herself and get back to work. Smoke rising from his head, he swiped his credit card and paid for both the fruit and the candy. What the hell was going on? Did Lock remember something he didn't? The last thing he remembered was seeing Alex and Arby visit, and now Lock was treating him like everything he was doing was wrong! What the hell made him such a bad guy.

Lock jumped at the growl, then took the bags and started for the door, his stubborn pride returning. "Yeah, because someone who's not pouting totally doesn't growl," he snickered, holding the door open with his foot and keeping one blonde eyebrow raised. "Come on, you need an orange right now."

Ethan scowled when given such a snarky reply and continued his silent tantrum. "I don't need an orange, I need you to get of my back." he snapped. So what, now that he was in a bad mood Lock was back to being playful? Was he just trying to piss the brunette off? Because it worked.

Taken aback by Ethan's bad mood, Lock shoved the bags into the brunette's arms and stepped away. "Then I guess I'll walk home." Tossing the car keys into one of the bags, the Korean turned on his heel and began to walk away, not even bothering to look back to the grumpy Texan. It wasn't Lock's fault that Ethan never got him flowers!

Ethan struggled when the bags were shoved into his arms, then shot a glare in Lock's direction. "You were the one who drove... IN YOUR OWN CAR!!" he yelled, a vein pulsing at the side of his head. He calmed down a little and turned around angrily, scoffing. Whatever, if Lock wanted to be stupid then let him. He, on the other hand, was going to go see his friends.

"Screw you!" he shouted back at Ethan before rounding a corner, already on his way to their dorm. He had to get there before Ethan, so that he could lock him out of their shared living space. What a jerk!

Well, we could always have a major fight that shoves Ethan into Fredrich's life and onto his couch. Or better yet, Lock onto Fredrich's couch and Ellery's comforting arms.

Alright, so Lock gets home first, tosses out a bunch of Ethan's clothes, and Ethan runs to Fredrich's place to sleep on the couch and have Ellery's jealousy flare up again.

Hayden walked into the store, tugging at his leather jacket. He wasn't too picky. Actually, right now he was in the mood for some cheap ramen. There was just something about those that was nice in cold weather. That, and he didn't want to deal with normal restaurants due to the artwork over his body. Even the jacket couldn't cover it all up. Realistic, beautiful flowers bloomed on the side of his face and at the back of his hand, earning the attention of the cashier and nearby shoppers. He sighed under his breath and tugged at his jacket's collar.

The artist, meanwhile, grabbed a basket and began browsing, tossing random foods into the basket. He hadn't eaten well in days, his attention captured by the paintings he'd been struggling to complete, and could no longer repress his hunger. The basket soon filled, Peter sauntered over to Hayden, sticking a hand in his pocket. "Okay, I'm ready to check out. You?"
