Personality: Generally laid back, but tends to have a very strong sense of justice and can be outspoken regardless of how it makes others feel, which for him can be both good and bad.
Bio: He has grown up in Soleana though he tends to wander the city most of the time; he likes to live on the edge between danger and normal life yet often shows a deep fondness for others.
Other: Kaimei has the ability to shift his form into that of a humanoid fox and usually prefers that form but tends to wander either the outskirts of the city or just outside of it in that form while remaining in his human form within the city where others can see him. He stands only 5' 10" in human form, but stands a couple inches shorter in the shifted form.

Kaimei Rashiba sighed in his transformed state as a humanoid fox-man. "I would have expected something to happen on a day like this," he muttered under his breath, knowing his voice was deeper in his transformed state than in his human form. His dark gold eyes scanned around as he half walked, half loped through a small stand of trees around a clearing he was familiar with. He blinked when he saw a very strange spacecraft, his claws skidding in the dirt as he stared at the odd ship. "What the?!?" he said in a low voice. He darted quickly around the clearing, being surprisngly fast for being small, but found nothing else odd other than a short burn trail where it had apparently skidded before coming to a stop. He darted quickly toward the ship itself, his eyes flickering over the ship's wings and sides quickly. He wasn't sure what the odd insignia signified and wondered if the pilot was still alive as he laid one clawed hand on the side of the cockpit hatch.

Kaimei blinked at the sudden reaction and appearance of the vixen. He went around the nose of the ship, noticing a few crumpled panels on the nose and sides as well as a few scorch marks, probably from entry, if it had come from orbit as he suspected. He carefully picked up the vixen woman and half ran, half jogged into the trees; he knew where healing herbs were, though with the way the cities were coming up, they would soon be lost in the construction. He tilted his head as he slid into a six foot tall tunnel where he had herbs already dried and ready for use, glancing at her every few minutes. She's probably royalty of some sort... though she looks like someone beat her, he thought as he laid her carefully down and quickly prepared a tea that could be both relaxing and rejuvenating, depending on how long it was steeped as well as a small poultice for the cut; he wasn't fond of using poultices since they tended to smell heavily unless he used mint in them, then they weren't too bad.

Kaimei blinked when he heard the vixen's soft voice; his senses, especially hearing and smell, were keener in his so-called 'werefox' form than in his human form. The dark orange-brown marbled cups and plates were slightly darkened and misshapen, though they looked remarkably well made, especially considering they were handmade. He slid into the adjoining room, a small platter of inch thick wood that had been darkened by wood smoke and held together by surprisingly thin yet strong wires that glinted slightly in the natural dim light within the cavern filtered through various natural gemstones that gave a dim prismatic effect throughout the cavern, which widened through an archway and brightened several feet beyond where the vixen lay.
(An herbal ointment, basically; they tend to smell heavily.)

Kaimei sighed. "If I meant you harm, it would be much more obvious rather than a ointment for that cut and tea to help with the pain of whatever soreness you have from that crash," he said wryly. "Besides, I may have family in the city nearby... but I've never felt I belonged there; I feel more at home here, among things I've found and made with my own hands, and my ability doesn't make life any easier," he said blandly, concentrating as he flicked the mental 'switch' in his mind that allowed him to shift. A momentary aura of swirling energy crackled like static before fading away to reveal his true human form.

Kaimei snorted. "Don't know any wolves around here other than the animal, and most of them don't come around humans like me, even if I'm not normal," he said coolly, not sure what the hell the vixen was aiming the odd weapon at him for. "I only want to help you... if you don't want it, you're welcome to walk out that way," he said blandly, flicking his thumb at the entrance a few feet behind him and opposite the wall where she lay. "I doubt you'd be able to get far if you're having trouble even standing, and you're welcome to stay here," he said blandly, setting the tray on a natural shelf near the 'foot' of the cot before he walked without looking at her through the entrance to the hidden grotto beyond the 'head' of the cot. "If I meant you harm, I could have just as easily left you for the military to find; fortunately I have friends who can keep them from getting hold of your craft, but they can hold it for only so long," he said idly before seemingly fading into the dim prismatic glows of the tunnel beyond before his silhouette appeared in the sunlight streaming into the natural sunken caldera/hot spring.

Kaimei barely heard the vixen's mutter as he sighed, leaning against the wall of the passageway to the caldera. "Why the hell I help others when nobody helps me I have no clue," he muttered.
