Fox entered the main bay. "Peppy, we're entering Corneria airspace now. Patch us through to General Pepper. When you're done brief me on what has got him in such a frenzy lately." Fox stated before making his way towards the arwing hangar to check on how the repairs had gone since their last mission, before theyd have to take them out to land on Corneria.

Krystal was leaned up against the wall of the hanger, her arms crossed. She looked up as Falco walked in. "Hey Falco." She tilted her head to the side. "Where's Fox?"
"Your boyfriend'll be here shortly." Falco answered, walking to his Airwing, which Slippy was just finishing repairing. "He's a busy man."
Krystal rolled her eyes. "I know that. But he's also never late. And for the record, he isn't my boyfriend."
"Whatever you say." Falco looked at Slippy. "Hey, you done yet?"
"Almost. You just aren't patient enough." Slippy said, before taking a step back from the ship. "There. Good as new."~~

"I wouldn't expect any less, Slip." Star Fox answered as he entered the hangar. "We just entered Corneria airspace." he added. "We launch in one hour and rendezvous with Pepper's forces in the war room at their HQ.

"Wonder why General Pepper has been acting like he has lately?" Krystal asked to nobody in particular.
"Probably has something to do with Wolf." said Falco, shouldering a massive plasma cannon.
"One, what makes you say that, and two, is that giant thing really nessasary?" Krystal raised her eyebrows.
"Just a feeling, and you can never be too careful." He replied. ~~

"Well at least it means work for us." Fox answered to Krystal, "We really need the money. Without Andross around things have been pretty quiet for a while." At the mention of Wolf, Fox face twitched almost unnoticably. "Well if it is Wolf then we send him running with his tails between his legs like we always do. But we won't know for sure until we can talk to Pepper in person."

~~ "Yeah, we definitely need some cash." Falco agreed, opening the cockpit of his Airwing. "I do, at least."
"What, to pay off a speeding ticket of yours?" Krystal rolled her eyes.
"That's for me to know," Falco put his large cannon in the ship, "and for none of you, especially Peppy, to find out." ~~

Fox didn't bother arming up, except for his blaster that he kept at his side. He walked up to the arwing that was at the head of the formation and opened the top.
Over the speakers Peppy could be heard. "This is Peppy, We've just entered Corneria's atmosphere. We're ready to launch whenever you are. All systems are go"
"You heard the hare." Fox said looking down to his team before sliding down the ladder. "There shouldn't be any problem, just a simple rendezvous. But if Star Wolf and his gang are involved in this it can't hurt to keep a cautious eye out." As the team dispersed to go to their arwings, Fox placed his hand on Krystal's shoulder to get her attention. "Krystal... I just wated to tell you... If things get rough and we d face Wolf, stay near my wing... I'm not saying this because of anything personal, its just you still are new to flying these things, and Wolf is an ace. I know, he was always my rival back when we were kids in the flight academy." he explained/

~~ Krystal smiled slightly. "I'll be fine." She told him, before climbing into her Airwing. "After all, I was taught by the best." She put on her silver headphone speaker things(that I dont' know the name of), and closed the cockpit. ~~
