Well... as they say, "When you love it, let it go" or something like that... if you really love him/her, then you must accept the fact that s/he's happy now with whoever s/he's with... but everybody wants to be with the person they care the most, right? So just forget that. Let's consider this... try thinking WHY s/he left you. If you still can't, try looking at a mirror, asking her/his friends, buying donuts. But if you still CAN'T find the reason, maybe it wasn't you.... but HIM/HER. Maybe there was something going on in her/his mind, try talking to him/her. I'm not gonna give advice like, "There are a lot of fishes in the sea." or something like that.... I'm gonna tell you that you must stay strong... and if you are... then you don't need help.
