READY for a singing contest?

Rules:

1. It must be original, meaning it must be YOUR voice and if we search, we won't find one that sounds like your submission.

2. Please include your username. Any entry without that will be disqualified.

3. Only ONE entry per person PER category. Submitting more than one entry will disqualify you.

4. There will be THREE rounds. There may be more depending on how many people enter the contest.

5. Each contestant will move on depending on the average between your fans (voting by poll) and the judges scores.

6. VOTING ONLY RULE: YOU WILL ONLY GET ONE VOTE IN THE POLL PER ROUND AND ONE VOTE AS A COMMENT. CONSTANT SPAM FROM A VOTER WILL RESULT IN GETTING BANNED FROM VOTING AND VOIDING YOUR VOTES.

Song Requirements:

* 30 seconds to a minute long, but a cap at 2:50
* Preferably mp3, mp4, avi, wma

Submission:

You may upload it to youtube and post the link here OR email it to us IONIZEDatom@gmail.com and we'll upload it for you.

Prizes:

First Place: Happy Melody
Second & Third: Starbabies, Beat Gear, Angelic Microphone, Moon Watcher, Murky (pick one)

Anyone who gets into the third round will get a special voting banner and voting blinkie.

Important Dates:

Start Date: March 31st, 2011
Submissions Close: April 20th, 2011
Round One Voting Dates: April 24th, 2011- May 26th, 2011
Round Two Voting Dates: May 30th, 2011- June 30th, 2011
Round Three Voting Dates: July 3rd, 2011- August 18th, 2011
End Date: September 1st, 1011

FAQ:

Q: Do I have to sing Vocaloid songs?
A: No. There are no song restrictions; you can sing whatever song you want =]

Q: Do we just have to submit one video for the whole thing or is it one video/audio clip per round?
A: Anyone who moves onto the second/third round will be notified by PM and given a deadline of two days to submit their clip. If in two days, you fail to submit a clip or audio, we'll use the one from the previous round.

Q: Does the entry have to be a video or can it just be audio?
A: Since it's a singing competition, the only thing we actually NEED is to hear your voice. =]

oh yea i meant to ask this too. would it be ok if i went like 8 seconds over the one minute lenth? xD i wanna do spice and it would be nice if i could at least finish the first chorus or whatever its called lol
