I'm sweeping up the seconds, that tick off the clock...  ...Save them all for later, when I'm too ticked to talk. Name: Zaniel Scorpio Keyes Nickname: Z, Zane, Zani, Scorp, Highness (Would prefer Zani to this one any day...) Gender: Male Age: 19 Role: The Prince Brief Personality: Kind, and a little bit on the flirty side, Zaniel had been raised up to be the perfect gentleman. But because no one counted on his preference for males, he ended up not only being gentlemanly towards females. He's rather wise, and keeps his head in the toughest of situations, but his stubborn side is his weakness. He has a strong hate inside him for the military, but he never lets it show. God save your soul if you ever anger him.... Brief Bio:Zaniel was born as the son of the current royal family. Unfortunately, it was a time when the military was already in control of everything. He would've been disposed of, had the military not seen him as hardly even a threat to them. What he doesn't know is that he has a twin, who was taken away at birth and forced to become part of the military reign, brain-washing him into thinking that he was the general's son, and therefore, should hate royals. Zaniel had been forced into quickly finding a Relic since the age of ten. However, he never really cared about them much and would sneak away, and developed a sense if anyone was looking for him to make him try fighting with a Relic they chose for him. When he was twelve, he met his best friend for the first time and they clicked immediately. He could always tell him everything, and vice versa. But then his friend found his Relic, and his time was divided between the two because Zaniel didn't have his own Relic. But now, with the pressing matter of the military and the fact that his family wants to return to power, it looks like Zaniel no longer has a choice... Your voice…only a memory of a faraway place…” Name: Cayler Mark Ashe Nickname: Cayle Gender: Male Age: 20 Role: The Rogue Relic Brief Personality: Cayler may seem suspicious at first, but the truth is he's just very quiet, keeping all personal matters to himself while barely saying more then a sentance to anyone at a time. During the time spent with his last master things were different; he was openhearted, gentle, and smiled all the time, but now it seems he's locked most of those emotions away to keep himself distanced from the rest of the world. Calm and intelligent, Cayler's general policy is to look before moving, but should you truely anger him, push past the many levels of patience he had cultivated over the years, you'll probbaly end up strung to a pole in the middle of a snowdirft. Cayler posesses a liking for those who cannot defend themselves, and as such he is quite good with children, distressed women and small, injured animals. Brief Bio:Cayler’s life was not always as tragic as it appears to now be; not so long ago, before Cayler knew or understood much of the world, he had a master, a kind man who found him wandering the streets with no purpose and took him in. At first Cayler was a terrible relic, believing only that he mattered, but over time he grew to truly care for his master and at all times tried to keep him protected. It didn’t work out that way; Cayler had left, one day in summer, to take care of some errands his master had politely requested upon him, and once coming back the relic found the man drowning in a pool of his own blood, a telltale dagger resting in the nearby area. Cayler had his suspicions of a friend of his master’s, who had been jealous of the bond he had formed with the relic, but without proof there was nothing he could do and so after burying the body he left town to wander again. This continued for quite some time, until he came upon the royal city, housing the family of Ratna. And one very obnoxiously persistant prince, who needed a relic, and fast. But Cayler is pretty sure he could never be someone else's relic ever again, lest the same tragic fate meet up with his new master. Traveled the world and the seven seas everybody's looking for something....  .....some of them want to use you...some of them want to be used by you Name: Helios Shadowheart Nickname: Helios Gender: Male Age: 18 Role: Princes Best Friend Brief Personality: Helios is an excellent fighter and great strategist. When it comes to battling he will take on anyone in order to protect the people he cares about. That being said he'd put his life on the line for his friends. When he is off the battle field Helios is a loyal and caring person. He tends to be a bit clingy and random at times but he believes it shows his attachment to others. However he isn't always smiles, he has a temper that although not easily set off, when he does lose his cool it can be dangerous. To people he doesn't know he can be a bit distant and occasionally gets jealous when he feels others are flirting with Seb. Brief Bio:Helios was born to a very interesting family. His father was a high ranking soldier, whereas his mother was a gypsy who excelled in divination. Many people viewed his mother a witch and his father a blasphemer. However despite this his father loved his mother and him. After Helios was born his parents decided that he would learn both their arts so that he could become great at both fighting and the more spiritual arts. As he grew older both his father and mother knew that his life wouldn't be much if she stuck around as evidence by the past. One night she left and his father told him she wouldn't return. Helios was crushed and for a long time shunned the spiritual side of his history. However he always kept his mothers runes and tarot cards, in his mind keeping them safe for her. While growing up after his mother left he met the young prince although he at the time didn't know he was the prince. Over time they became close friends, the prince being the one person who helped pull him out of his dark depression. The prince eventually saw his fighting skill and convinced him to join the soldiers. Over the years he fought many and for a long time it didn't bother him until one day he killed a family and only a young child survived. This threw him into another depression. This time he found hope in a relic and person named Sebastian. The boy showed him he wasn't a monster and eventually he showed Seb his mothers runes and tarot cards. Seb convinced him to read his fortune and to his surprise the card death appeared as well as one that made him think of the prince. They hurried to the prince to find someone about to attack him. Suddenly he used Seb in his weapon form and saved the prince. Since then he has been the Lieutenant of the Royal Guard and has been close to Seb. He has always been greatful to Seb for bringing him out of depression and saving his friends life. He still wants to stop the fighting but knows he must always protects those he loves. This leads him to continue to fight. And I believe this may call for a proper introduction, and well....  Weapon Form...Don't you see, I'm the narrator, and this is just the prologue? Name: Sebastian Caelan Ignatius Nickname: Seb, Boomerang Gender: Male Age: 17 Role: The best friend's Relic Brief Personality: Seb is unflinching loyal to his master, as well as uncannily understanding and he seems to know everything that's going on even if nothing is being said. He's a little on the naive side, and despite knowing almost everything going on around him, he can be a little dense about those closest to him. He's rather blunt with his words, straight to the point, and won't tolerate injustice. He's slightly bitter about his past, and sometimes it gets to him and he can break down emotionally without warning. He also gets awfully jealous when others flirt with Helios, and his personality turns icy. Brief Bio: Sebastian was worse off than any other Relic that had been brought to Ratna. Not only was he sold as a slave, because of his rather feminine looks, he was placed in a brothel. He was abused both physically and mentally, until he couldn't take it anymore and ran away. He was taken in by Helios just when he thought he wouldn't be able to live anymore. This brought him hope that maybe...life could be different. To repay Helios, Sebastian helped him out of his own depression as well, and due to that, Helios was able to save Zaniel's life. Since then, they've supported each other and helped each other from falling back into their past depressions again. He is a talker, and loves to have conversations, but a lot of the times he disagrees with the person he talks to and he just curses at them inside his mind. He is also easily jealous, especially to people who do better then him. He will then stride to do better then that person and will being to hate that single person until he can say he is better then him. This a lot of the times puts a lot of stress on him and he usually goes into a rage because of the stress. Luckily only his relic has seen this side of him. And if anyone saw him in this fit of rage they would stay away from him.Brief Bio:Matthew was taken from his true family at birth and was brained washed into thinking he was the son of the General. So every since he was little he would always try to make himself better for his "father." Though his attempts were usually pointless so Matthew stayed alone for most of his life until he met his Relic. He is seen as a level-headed, kind man and is often thought of as a mature, patient, and quiet person. However, when annoyed or angered, he can be loud when need be as well as being somewhat brash and straightforward, of which many will say that he is honest to the point of being insulting. He is not the sort to honey-coat things for the sake of another person's feelings. Because of this, it gets him into many trouble. Shou is competitive and loves a good challenge as well, especially those that can keep him from being bored. You could say that he is thrill seeker and can be rather scary when he has his mind set on something as he will push himself to the extreme in order to get things done. Shou is also a very independent man with a very stubborn nature- but his stubbornness is very praiseworthy as he is stubbornly loyal to those he loves. However, it can come off as an annoyance some of the time.Brief Bio:Hailing from an oversea kingdom somewhere east of Ratna, Shou was brought over on a relic slave ship at the tender age of fifteen, having been sold by his former master. Mistreated and neglected, his former master was an abusive man who hated Shou, hating the fire that burned in his eyes and the stubbornness that kept him going. He was the sort of man who liked being in control and hated those like Shou whose will could not be destroyed. The oversea journey was harsh, and being thrown into unfamiliar surrounding was a reality Shou found hard to accept. It was only through his determination and sheer perseverance that kept him going. Longing for a true master, Shou felt that he never truly belonged anywhere as he was tossed about from one master to the next. Enduring, he waited until three long years had passed before fate finally brought Matthew before him. He is a military bad a** so he can come off as rather tough, scary even but his highest law is to protect your fellow troops. He does tend to judge his "son" rather harshly though Brief Bio:Since childhood, Cain was trained to be a soldier by his father. His father called him Cain and so did everyone else so his true name was lost in History. During his training, he met a man named Michael. The two fought for hours with neither giving in before they became good friends. Michael bonded with Cain and they became partners. One day, when he was old enough he enlisted in the military before finding out there was a strange offer. Any soldier can take on the Current General and if that soldier wins, he becomes the next General. Curious and amused, Cain took this challenge out of sheer boredom and found that with Michael at his side, it was quite simple to fight. This Is Your Judgement Day  We made a sacrifice and now we get to take your life Name: Michael Stirling Nickname: Michael Gender: Male Age: 26 Role: Military Leader's Relic Brief Personality: Michael comes off as a cold-hearted killing machine who never fails at a mission. He follows all of Cain's orders to the letter and never refuses his master's wishes, however he does have a will. He will kill anyone he deems traitorous or threatening, even if not ordered. He doesn't follow orders because he is forced, but because his respect for Cain is so high. Brief Bio:Michael was born as "test-tube baby" and was immediately born with extraordinary talents. He had super speed, strength, telepathy, enhanced senses and for some reason was able to bond with two things of his choice. The first thing he bonded with was a strange black bandage that was nearly indestructible. It wrapped around his entire body (hence current appearance). The second thing he binded with was a person, General Cain. Michael was in awe of the man's power and chose to be his subordinate. The two are a force to be reckoned with.
