I am thourougly excited for Lego Pirates of the Caribbean! From a mature gamer's perspective, not based on the mythical belief that only juveniles lacking maturity can appreciate Lego games, this game is a match made in El-Dorado! THINK about it, the goofy tongue in cheek humour of the Lego-Universe coming face-to-rounded brick face with the awkward yet hilarious world of Pirates of the Carribean. Not to mention that in actuality the gameplay of the Lego franchise is remarkabely solid despite it's 12 and under reputation.

My 11-year-old cousin forces me to play Lego Star Wars and Indiana Jones games. Frankly, I find it quite endearing that you're excited for something from that series. 4laugh

yeah pirates of the carrabien is the first in the series i actually think i'd enjoy. the others were just a gimmick to me since they already had decent games out for the movies they were based off of or the movies they picked didn't make the best of games.
especially when tehy went ahead and did lego rockband. ug.

I have to agree that they ARE quite good. Granted there were a few blunders like Rock Band and Batman. XD
Besides - who doesn't want to go around with a sword/gun and start making bricks crumble? ^.^

That's just what I think due to the fact that there's so many Rock Band and Guitar Hero games to the point where another one is utterly useless. With Batman, I was just never a superhero guy - although DC Universe looks quite entertaining.
