Ah, perhaps you do not comprehend what I'm trying to ask. Details I want details. I know what a charity is, benefactors, alms-giving, hand-outs, donations, offerings, endowment, funding, benefits, grants and provisions and ecetera...but that does not explain how it works. Do I just wait until some miracle of chance happens by?
