Weakness: Has a permanent chakra absence [-20% of normal chakra pool]. On top of that, it also consumes large amounts of chakra.
Description: The Devil Arm was the result of a mutation from the chakra of Zenchi's Curse Mark melding too completely with his arm. As a result, he has a very disfigured and demonic looking arm. Because of the Curse Mark's responsibility for it appearing, Zenchi suffers from a permanent deficiency in chakra. On top of that, using the arm for anything outside of normal combat purposes (As in using the arm for just blocking blades and any other PHYSICAL components. The ethereal hand is the part that eats up a lot of chakra) heavily drains the chakra of the user. Every minute (Post) it is used, the chakra supply of the user is depleted by one jutsu point of their rank automatically. The arm is two ranks stronger and faster than the rest of his body, and the coating on the sides as well as the covering on his actual hand is able to catch and block blades. The main ability of the hand is to extend in ethereal form and be able to grab things from up to fifty feet away. The size and range of the arm increases with rank(Proportionately to the fact that the total amount of jutsu able to be performed also goes down further with rank). With this arm, the monthly bonus is also eliminated as a result of the arm getting stronger as the person's rank increases. The arm is still able to use the Gentle Fist techniques and weave hand seals while undergoing the constant Raiken lightning aura.
Academy Student:

If--by chance--the very strong outer shell of the arm is penetrated, the liquid (Since the arm is not really 'living' in the normal sense, it can't really be considered his blood anymore. It's completely changed from anything it used to be.) inside is poisonous to the touch to everyone but Zenchi. If it touches the opponent's skin, it creates a heavily numbing feeling.
If consumed or forced into the body somehow, the opponent would first experience a numbing in the entire area afflicted (Like an appendage or the torso), restricting chakra flow and nerve impulses only slightly upon first exposure. This effect slowly worsens as time passes, as the liquid is heavily toxic from being saturated with evil chakra from the curse mark.
Post 1: Very slight delay in response, slight numbness.
Post 2: Slight delay in response, slight numbness.
Post 3: Moderate delay in response, moderate numbness.
Post 4: Significant delay in response, significant numbness.
Post 5: Extreme delay in response, extreme numbness.

Zenchi's opponent appeared to be a mid-range Shinobi; under normal circumstances, this would be very detrimental to his progress in battling them, as he was very much a close-range combat oriented ninja. The Chuunin Exams were more brutal than he once thought, and having reduced chakra because of THAT wasn't really helping. After a bit of contemplation, Zenchi unraveled the bandages on his right arm almost instantly with Chakra, revealing to his opponent the monstrosity of an arm that lay beneath it. For an instant, the opposing Genin was hesitant to charge, unsure of what that arm could do. It was that instant only that the boy needed.
In a fit of rapid movement, Zenchi threw his arm at the man, aiming it straight at his chest with an open palm. From the other boy's point of view, he was trying to use something like the Chikara Clan's techniques on him. However, this was not the case. When the ethereal hand erupted out, it took the opponent by surprise. When he tried to leap out of the way, the hand was able to grab the boy's ankle. Whilst his opponent kicked and struggled, he slammed him against various surfaces before deciding that it was time to finish the fight. "This is what you get...for being foolish." Zenchi said plainly as he closed his open fist. As he closed his fist, so did the ethereal hand. The boy's femur was completely shattered, ending the fight very swiftly.
