If the house is your's, kick her out. She sounds like hell. There's no reason you should have to put up with her, no matter who she is. I don't know the conditions of her living with you (if theirs a contract or anything like that), but I would kick her out, or find out when th soonest date is when I can kick her out.
Or, if you don't want to kick her out, sit her down and talk about it. Maybe she was once a good friend, or maybe she's family. But if you're living together, you've got to get along. Calmly sit her down, and if she doesn't want to, make her. Show her you mean business. Let her know what your problem is, but don't freak out. And if she starts to freak out, just play it cool. No reason to get into any trouble over something like thing, because of someone like her.
