Leveling system and money increasing with gradualism

To my guild, this is something i posted earlier. you don't have to read it but this is and example of influential and opinions that this guild will work towards. I have played many RPG's MMO's and single player games, and there is one theme I see in all of them that i do not see in this game. Gradualism, levels, income increase. Basically: Gaining more game currency or ability or some attribute allowing to take advantage of high level or money status. But in this game there are no levels, no resulting of your skill, or dedication, or even time played. It seems to only depend on how much money you spend on Gaia cash, and not to bring down the admins, but also increasing advertisement interest for sponsors. So in my opinion there should be an overall leveling system for all gaians and ways to earn money accordingly by level.

u get ur leveling up in the mini games
gaia is awesome and our rank as gaians makes a lot of sence to keep it as it is without chiefs and sub captains hell we get those in the guilds and thats enough 4 me

That would probably make more people try harder and more would enter guilds.
