Insomnia: A way of life in the lovely night.

So, yeah. Simply put I've put up with Insomnia, since my earlier years. I almost never have an easy time sleeping unless I'm sick or have had rigerous physical activity. Even then, theres time my body just goes "hah you thought you where tired, but not!" Ugh. So here I am, sitting on another 'night two without sleep' well..morning...and I'm bored. It's that time my friends are all asleep cause they are normal-ish and well...anyone else in my boat? Cause I got like noone to talk to and I'm bored.

So, lets have insomniacs unite in talking crap about not being able to sleep.

Non Insomniacs are aloud but no yelling at us when some of us dont sleep for a few days on end *nod*

I used to be somewhat of an insomniac. Luckily that past. My problem is I get woken up by the littlest noises so throughout the night I will be awoken and lay there feeling annoyed that something woke me up for the 10th time during the night...

i have the same sleeping problem you do but mine is to the point of not sleeping for four or five days on end
