Everyone's not good at it, but there's always room for improvement.
Also, you can decide if your art is opened for criticism or not.

There are varieties of anatomies for chibis.
It all depends on what is your style.
You can learn them from a variation of resources.
And no problem, just a heads up wink .

im rlly awesome wit paint...... well i think im really awesome with paint. lol i dont have a webite so ill just give you guys a link to photobucket. by paint i mean the application on the computer. im great at coloring in any black and white photoes. and example is the undertakers eyes. you never get to see them but in the manga. so i colored them in. i could work on the hair but havnt done that yet. and theres another one here form hack i just felt like painting it in randomly thats not done either. ill also show you a drawing i did on alois trancy. im great at copying i do a lot of art.... but dont expect me to do anime i can try copying it but u cant draw anime or cartoons.... sometimes my faces need work too im great at water color >.< feel free to critisize my unfinished work. what you think ideas. yaddayadda. this arts area was a great idea biggrin

the only real problem with the hack one is that it took a couple hours to do -.- lots of time to do stuff on paint
