┻一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一┻ Medieval times was a time full of men trying to find immortality and take over the world. Inside of this, ruled groups of men who took it upon themselves to rule the inner workings of a kingdom on their own. The royalty couldn't touch them and the Mages left them on their own while they ran their own individual class lives. League of Hearts was one of the most infamous for their drastic tactics and most would pay others to bring in members of the brotherhood. Only people who actually appreciated them was the ones helped out after their raids, killings of higher ups, and anonymously donating any possessions they acquired on their raids.
On this particular attack, a well known group inside the League of Hearts attacked a high up man. In the process though, someone ratted them out and they were expecting them. This ended in almost the entire squad being killed, only a few were left to return to their headquarters. Not everyone announced dead was so though.
A young, powerful mage was out gathering herbs, stumbled across a what seemed dead, young man. After closer inspection, it was learned that he wasn't dead. Out of worry, she took the man in and nursed him while he was unconscious. When he was up walking around finally--despite her pleads not to--he went after the man who was to be killed the first time. All it ended in was his presence being known and the young woman who helped him called out as a traitor. She was banned from her class and he was to be killed.
In desperation to repay her, he searched out the help of an old friend to find a way for the Mage to return to what she should be, no mater what the price would be out of his blood. So, he went out to steal and return one of the most dangerous and most hunted artifact of legend. One that would bring to life all of the nightmares of children's stories. ┳一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一一┳

╫xxOnce upon a time a famous Assassin fell in love with a princess and stole her heart. They kept it a secret for the longest time even after Auden was born. His father took him and raised him on his own among the League of Hearts. Quiet quickly, he grew up among his brothers and raised in ranking and skills. His mother was kept a secret for a lot of years, along with his sudden manifestation of being able to wield magic. Since Auden blanked out after it, his father never told him of the episode thinking it was only a fluke.
Since then, he's grown up as a mostly normal and went through a lot of vigorous training. After his father died though, he closed up and didn't talk to a lot of people. So, he was fine with growing up the rest alone and just learning and fighting on his own. ╬ The Recap

╫xxOnce upon a time a girl was born how showed great promise for healing magic. This girl was the daughter of two powerful mages, but was at the bottom of the social class. She grew up in a small place with her older sister and her parents. Skye was taught healing and nature magic and excelled in it. When Skye was young she was annoyed by male mages because they were taught a different type of magic. She would constantly get into fights and hated anything girly. When she was around 13 her father left and soon after her mother fell ill. After her mother pass away Skye and her older sister were left to fend for themselves. While doing that they found out about injustice coming from those in power. They had to give things without payment. Skye and her sister came closer together as they fended off people trying to take advantage of them. One day Skye learnt about the group of assassins killing corrupt people and began to see them as heroes unjustly accused. ╬ The Recap

And tried to forget xxxxxxxxxx  ══╪══════════════════════════════════════════════════════╪══Aiden looked around the marble decorated room and sought out the man who was to die that night. His five other comrades had already taken care of the guards in the least mortally way possible. They weren't here to kill them, the rich b*****d was their target. He climbed on the chandelier over the man. He was taking care of his usual morning cleaning up which involved a mirror he had to wait on to be put down. How frustrating. It took him a few more seconds before his wrist blade became unsheathed in a hiss that only he could hear thirty feet into the air. It took him a few more seconds before he put it down before he dropped in a spectacular twirl. Just before the blade punctured the man's heart, he spun around caught his wrist and he was slammed into the table.
"Oh, aren't you cute," the man sneered while Aiden laid on the flat of his back and his blade was stolen from his boot. He put his arm to his throat and crushed down on it while he struggled to breath. It took a few seconds, but soon that wasn't his worries, it was the raised, curved blade.
" I'll be more adorable when I'm cutting your throat out," he grinned before he kicked strait into the man's groin, but it wasn't fast enough before he was stabbed, only savior, a second kick made the blade hit just below his heart instead of in it. Aiden roared in pain as he already could feel the hot blood running across his body unable to get through his coat, only a faint amount of bubbling was what tattered the white coat.
Zhackery Calleno grinned seeing the blood running out of Aiden's mouth before he threw him into the wall. "Now, go back to hell where you belong you scum!" he roared thrusting the blade at the fallen man.
"Not. . . even. . . close," he growled before pulling the rapier out of it's scabard and catching the blade and knocking it from his hand. He stood and sprinted forward with his blood leaving impurities on the once white marble floor. He dove through a window just as archers got there shooting him in the shoulder, but his armor saved his life. He rolled on the ground breaking the arrow but making it that much harder to stand up again. He choked badly but he knew he had to get moving. "League, return!" he roared as loud as he could possibly at that point. Next thing he knew was a new searing pain ripped through his shoulder and another in his ribs. He doubled over in pain, but promptly he was hit again by a foot he recognized into his ribs. He looked up to see a large man attacking and trying to take what ever life he had left. That wasn't long before he was unconscious and barely breathing. After several hits, broken ribs, dislocated shoulder, a concussion, and multiple stab wounds, he was out.
He was left on the ground like a display of what happens when his kind came around. It was hard to not fear Mr. Calleno now. Aiden wasn't about to die quiet yet though. It took what ever he had left to actually wake up at sunset and stand up the best he could. He was a survivor and long since learned never get to comfortable for too long.
Aiden moved among the shadows constantly falling or having to lean against something. He was barely alive and probably wouldn't last much longer. He had no idea where he was going and knew that death probably would be his only choice, but there was that stupid hope that he could survive through anything. The fact that he made to the woods, was his hoped that he would survive.
His vision swam as he looked up at a mess of darkening green and a young woman, who he had no idea who was. The last thoughts to go through his mind was death would definitely dominate this battle. He dropped to his knees and fell to the ground with his rapier falling out of his hand. He didn't move at all and he was barely breathing while his blood painted the vibrant grass while the sun casted it's loving glow over his body.══╪══════════════════════════════════════════════════════╪══ xxxxxxxxx{ DΛȠCΞR IȠ TӇΞ DΛRK }

xXxXxSkye walked down the usual path from her small little house. She looked back and saw her older sister looking out at her with a large grin from a window. Skye shook her head and muttered to herself, ”When is she going to stop treating me like a little kid.” Skye sighed softly before tossing the basket she had in her hands to the other hand and swinging it back and forth. She stopped at a fork in the road and looked down the two paths. She smiled softly before turning directly to her right and heading off into the woods. The herbs she needed to get would be further back into the woods and well off the paths, but that didn’t bother Skye. Since she was a healing and nature mage she loved being in the woods alone. It had a nice sense of calm to it in her mind.
xXxXxSkye continued walking along calmly. She looked around before spotting the herbs that she needed to collect. Skye looked at the herbs calmly before grabbing them one by one and putting them into her basket. She did this carefully because if she got a bad herb it would be bad. She carefully inspected each leaf before picking the herb from the ground. Skye continued like this until her basket was full. She turned around to go back home when she screamed.
xXxXxSkye watched a man moving forward with a rapier and covered in blood. She dropped her basket, sending her herbs everywhere. Skye watched the man fall to the ground and bit her lip to keep from screaming again. She had to focus if she wanted to help this man. Skye murmured a small spell chant before putting a hand on the man’s back. A soft green glow came from her hand and the wound the man had would heal a small amount, but not enough that he still didn’t need medical care.

And tried to forget xxxxxxxxxx ══╪══════════════════════════════════════════════════════╪══ Aiden woke up laying on his back surprised to see the soft sun falling across his covered body. He wasn't expecting to wake up at all, and even more confusing was the fact that, he had no idea where he was. He tried to sit up and he let out a gasp of pain putting his hand over his stomach to find it bare but covered in bandages. He looked down his body finding most of his clothes missing along with his weapons and then to top it off, many bandages were on a few deep cuts he didn't remember getting. He started trying to sit up again but his stomach churned and it felt like he was being stabbed all over again.
" Hey, who the hell is here?" he asked after a while. He knew that he was in a house, there for, there had to be someone else in the rest of the home. He needed to get out of here and fast. The League of Hearts didn't need to be missing a person at this point. They had to kill that man though who did this to him. ~Skye Kate Mizuho~ How sad a story is depends on who's listening~Skye heard Aiden ask who was there and thanked that her sister wasn't there. Her sister would've snapped at the man that that was no way to ask someone something. Skye didn't understand why, but her sister had a problem with people cussing. Skye walked into the room and looked at the man laying there. "Hello." Skye said calmly. She had her arms crossed and was looking down at the man with a soft glare. She didn't know why, but she was naturally cold to strangers, especially guys. "You're finally awake, interesting. Are you going to tell me who you are and why you're so injured?" Skye asked as she leaned against a wall. She didn't have any weapons on her and didn't get near Aiden so she wouldn't seem like she posed a threat to him. She was fairly certain that she could take him on while he was injured, but she'd rather avoid the conflict.

" I don't know, are you going to stab me as well if I tell you?" he asked pushing his golden hair out of his silver blue tinted eyes. He pushed back the blankets down to his waist not wanting to kick it off all the way since he wasn't completely sure what he was wearing at this point. All he knew was he wanted to kinda get the hell out of there. ~Skye Kate Mizuho~ How sad a story is depends on who's listening~Skye watched the man for a moment before taking a step towards the door so she could block it if the guy tried to make a run for it. "I don't have a weapon on me do I? And if I left to go get something to stab you with I'm sure you'd be able to make a run for it before I came back. Plus you do owe me for saving your life." Skye said with a somewhat colder look on her face now. She had a feeling that this guy wasn't just some normal guy that had crossed the wrong person and gotten hurt and she wanted to know just who he was. Skye noticed that he pushed the blankets down to his waist, but not further. She wondered just why he would do that, but said nothing about it.

" That I do owe you for," he said closing his eyes resting it on his knees that he raised to his chest. "I am apart of the League of Hearts. I was to assassinate a man in a nearby town and failed. He stabbed me and his men left me for dead after someone ratted me out," he said calmly. He hoped that wouldn't result in another injury or him needing to harm this mage. She seemed nice enough and he shouldn't have to, but still, that didn't mean she wouldn't attack him. Though, if he fled, that would mean not having his clothes he needed or his weapons. She relaxed again and leaned against the wall with her arms crossed and a soft smile. You're from the league? Interesting. Well, you don't have to worry about anyone hurting you here. Just don't tell my sister that you're from the League of Hearts. No one else comes to our house normally." Skye said as her gaze seemed to become a little bit friendlier. Skye looked at Aiden for a little bit, trying to decide on what to say next. She had been the one to take care of his wounds and knew that he probably shouldn't leave just yet, but now that she knew he was with the League of Hearts she knew he'd be less likely to sit still and stay in one place. Skye watched him before saying, "By the way, my name is Skye. And I know you probably want to get out of here, but I have to say that you can't. You're too injured to get very far in all honesty." As she said that she heard a door open and heard her sister shout something. Skye quickly tried to think of what she should tell her sister, but drew a blank.

He tried moving but his stomach roared out in anguish and pain that dominated over what his shoulder was telling him. His vision darted between Skye and the door wondering what to say himself. He didn't know who her sister was so he didn't know how to react to her. Instead of dealing with that, he pulled his blanket back over him and fell back onto the bed laying still and slowing his breathing down so it hadn't looked like he had woken up yet or went back to sleep. Her sisters choice. ~Skye Kate Mizuho~ How sad a story is depends on who's listening~Skye nodded lightly before watching him pretend to go back to sleep. She smiled lightly before thinking to herself, Hmm.... He's interesting. She then turned and walked out the door of the room before greeting her sister. She talked with her sister for a little bit before informing her that Aiden hadn't woken up yet, but he seemed to be doing better. "Sis, it's fine. I can take care of it. If you need to be gone for a few days to do something I'll be fine. The guy's still hurt really bad and I have his weapons hidden. Plus I can fight if I need to." Skye told her sister calmly as she put her hands on her hips. It seemed like her sister would be leaving for the next few days. It didn't matter to Skye that much. She was 21 after all. Skye watched her sister walk off to get a few things calmly before watching her sister walk back out the door. Skye walked back into the room with Aiden and said, "She's gone."

And tried to forget xxxxxxxxxx ══╪══════════════════════════════════════════════════════╪══ As soon as Skye left the room and he was sure that his sister wasn't coming in the room, he kicked the sheets back fully only finding his coat, sash, weapons, and boots missing. His pants thankfully were still there. He doubted a couple of girls would take them, but he had woken up in strange places without his pants before and it was slightly awkward when ever something like that occurred. He rubbed his face before looking back up at Skye as she entered the room and gave her a funny look. " Hid my weapons, huh? Didn't like a deadman having his weapons?" he asked in a slight tease, but it was also serious. It was his way of learning people and since it seemed like he could be spending a decent amount of time with her, he didn't want to be surprised by anything.
