Zuleika Amian was born to a couple, Aron and Selyna Amian, many years ago in the dark side of Emis. A long time ago, the two had been Officials in the United Force. In the midst of an important mission, Selyna was forced to resign because she had become pregnant with her first and only child Zuleika. Aron Amian was laid off to accommodate the new flood of cheaper-paying immigrants that bombarded Emis. So, Aron and Selyna were forced to move to the rundown side of Emis. As their child grew, they kept her well-guarded and well-fed, often starving themselves of their rations to allow her to survive.

In a particularly hard time, the couple were having a hard time finding food. Fortune came to their aid and they encountered another couple with powers, much like them. These two families helped each other to survive and gradually became good friends with each other. Their children played together and grew up, eventually becoming childhood sweethearts. These two trained together as well as stole away secret moments. Their childhood was stolen away when cannibalistic humans devoured her boy friend's parents. Aron and Selyna died in a combustion of their own power, charred by it instead of being eaten alive.

With nowhere else to go, Zuleika Amian turned to the United Force. She attended and trained in their academy, where she grew to be the highest ranked student. Ensuing her graduation, Zuleika went on to apply and to be accepted immediately as a United Force Official. Her prowess in battle against enemies and her hardworking personality proved her to be a superb Official. When the previous Commander was killed in battle against the Daimis, Zuleika was promoted unanimously as the Commander of the United Force. This was two years ago.

Seeing as she is growing older, Zuleika has been interested in having a child. She secretly went to the nearest hospital and attempted to get fertilized. Unfortunately, it was to of no avail. Zuleika's body was rendered infertile by the doctor there. Thus, she donated her eggs to the hospital in the hopes that she would foster a child in her likeness. Alas, the Daimis destroyed the hospital and stole her eggs. Her hopes were immediately dashed.

Since then, Zuleika has put her heart and soul into her job. Nothing has been the same since that moment.

For all her life, Zuleika has worked hard to get what she has wanted. She has never known luxury or comfort, merely a hard life. Ever since her first friend disappeared when she was younger, Zuleika has been rather withdrawn from other people. It has only been recently that she has begun to open up to others. Even still, she keeps her heart carefully protected. She knows very well that there are people out there willing to get to her through her affections in order to destroy her or, worse, the United Force.

Her true pleasure comes from working. She puts her entire soul into her work. She would be lost without it. As Commander of the United Force, she exerts the characteristics expected: confidence, valiance, selflessness, and even the desire to sacrifice herself to save the lives of others. She is very quiet and carefully observes things. Though she says very little, what Zuleika says weighs much. She is very intelligent, loves to read, enjoys training (real life or simulations), and anticipates the next battle.

Koarou was born into a wealthy family with generations of United Force officers. So his future was already determined before he even was born. Once he did enter the world his training for his future position began. He was expected to learn fighting and how to be an officer. Everything came easy to the young Koarou, all information was soaked up and the training helped to keep him ahead of most other kids his age.

Since his life was all about training he never got to have fun. It dulled him down a lot but taught him to focus on his goals. Though, he didn’t have very many friends and the word fun wasn’t in his dictionary either since he really didn’t have a life outside of his career. But there was still some up sides to training all the time before entering the academy. It put him ahead of all of the other people entering and he was able to learn to control his abilities. That was the only reason that his parents were so keen to make sure that he was properly trained, the ability to control fire made him very dangerous since he could burn anyone and even hurt himself and he would need to be able to stop that from happening.

After years of being taught by his parents to live up to their standards he was allowed to enter into the academy. Surprisingly the academy was easy since he had already been through most of the training at home, which meant it was also easy to excel past all of his class mates. Rising up the ranks of his class and soon becoming number one, that and being able to beat anyone that asked to spar him. It also helped that his power helped him to protect himself and hurt others. Fire was, in his mind, the most important element of all with the ability to create and destroy based on the user.

After the academy he was admitted into an officer position. Everything that he wanted was happening and his parents were proud of him for becoming an officer. But they were more proud of him when the vice commander stepped down and he was able to take over the position. He didn’t really know the commander since she had graduated before him but he would learn quickly on how to serve the needs of the people he protected.

Koarou is sort of like the element he is able to control whenever he gets angry. Which is something that most people don’t know about him, most of the time he is calm and able to adapt to situations around him since his parents made sure that he would be able to be a good leader. So most people don’t expect him to get angry as easily as he does sometimes, all it takes is for someone to get on his last nerve and Koarou will burst into flame not literally but figuratively. Other than that, he isn’t very fun and doesn’t know how to have a good time at all. It also leads to him being stubborn, and very focused on his job.

When Kyrie came into this world it was in a glass case filled with fluids. She opened her eyes and the first thing she saw was her father. He stood outside and looked as if he were wavering in and out because of the fluid surrounding her. She reached out to him with the fully formed body of a twelve year old. He watched for a bit but did not extend his own hand, instead he smirked and walked out followed closely by another female. She did feel distraught at first because she knew that he was her father and he left her there floating still. She fell asleep once more.

She awoken next to find herself a bit bigger. A fifteen year old girl's body had replaced the younger one that she was sure was only there yesterday. It was painful to move and every stretch felt as if her muscles and bones were on fire. That day though they let her out and she breathed in air for the first time. She could talk, think and walk though every step was painful. She knew now that it was because of the rapid growth of her body. The doctors who looked after her told her that the pain would go away after a few more days and she would stop growing at such a fast rate.

They dressed her and told her that she had to be taken down to the main counsel room where her father was awaiting her arrival. She eagerly hurried along with her father's two officials, a male who had a stick with him and a female who would not speak to her at all. She didn't really pay them no mind though, she was just hurrying to see the man who would show her love and affection, two things she craved most once awakening. When she got there though she found a very different man than she expected. This man was cold and cruel. His smiles were sweet yet she could see in his eyes the hardness upon which he looked on everyone. He scared her to no end. Her mother...they never spoke of and she was convinced that she had never had one to begin with.

In her coming days, she spend every one in vigorous training that left her with the nastiest bruises and cuts. She cried on more than one occasion but soon learned not to. Felix would beat her if she did saying that she could not show weakness. She learned to not feel the pain and not feel the fear though it was always close by in the back of her mind every time she looked upon her father. Soon enough he took her under his wing and started to foster her ability that she shared with Felix. The ability to control the shadows around her. Though it took a bit more of her power to draw them to her, she was still very adapt at bending them to her will.

When he deemed her fit enough, Felix sent her to be a spy for the Daimis. She went along gladly, happy to escape the cruelness of her father and his harsh punishments. Her first stop was the main headquarters entrance. Before she got there she had rolled herself in dirt and gave herself a few bruises to make it look as if she was in need of serious help. The ones who guarded the entrance let her in without much fuss and fed her. Though she was slightly peeved that they did not immediately bring her to the commander, she simply used the time to think of another plan to prove her worth. While she was getting fixed up she saw a male checking her out rather closely. She was quite the beauty after all. After a time he made his move and tried to touch her. She easily had him pinned to the ground not five seconds after his attempt and in the presence of an official of the force. She was taken immediately into training but did not stay there long at all. She was soon promoted to an officer herself and was finally able to send more detailed reports back to her father.

This went on for a while before the inevitable happened. She ran into the Commander. After spending time with her Kyrie grew to respect her and her cause. Of course she still tried to remain loyal to her father but it was hard with a kind person here now. A person who looked a lot like herself for some reason.

Kyrie is nothing like her father or mother. She is very strong willed and stubborn. She likes to do things for herself and hates being told she is wrong. From her father she learned not to fear anyone or anything making her very lethal in battle. She is good at hiding her emotions as well because if she did show them in front of her father she would be beaten. That being said, because of the beatings given to her by her father she will not flinch at pain making it rather frustrating when trying to discipline her.

She can also be a very sweet girl when she wants to be. Really she is always going to be that little girl reaching out for love and affection. She wanted a happy family with loving parents. She will pout when she doesn't get her way, throw a random temper tantrum here and there but is also as loyal as they come.

Kyrie gave the name Lilly when asked as she was joining the United Force. Only the Daimis know of her true name as well as the commander of the UF. She uses shadow control much like her father but she cannot become the shadow like him. She can only hide herself in them as well as use them as weapons.

Felix was born in unfortunate times. His parents were nothing but lowly immigrants looking for salvation. The two hid their gifts and refused to use them even for the sake of survival so as not to be thrown into doing service to help others when they could barely help themselves. True life would have probably been easier for them but that was before they had Felix. He was strange as a child, never cried or lashed out. He was very calm and collected as well as very adapted at helping out his parents when the need arose. They had hoped that perhaps he would be a normal child but they were very utterly mistaken. They found out one day while he was off playing by himself. His father stumbled upon him as he raised his shadow up beside him. With a flick of his wrist, Felix sent the black mass towards a small branch. At first it looked as if nothing happened but then the branch snapped clean in half. After that they warned him not to use it in front of others. They feared their son would be taken away from them if anyone knew.

Things were beginning to get really tough for the little family. Food was scarcer to come by and so was shelter. They were running low on what little funds they had and were trying to conserve what they could. Just when they thought all hope was lost they found another family much like their own with a little girl around the same age as their son. Felix immediately took to the little girl and for the first time since his birth they saw him smile. They helped each other whenever they could and found that it was easier to live this way when there were more of them. However knowing that they used to be a part of the United Force, they did not trust them well enough to tell them of their son's abilities though they were sure the little girl knew. After all, they had started to become very close. The little girl's parents trained their son along with their daughter. Both were exceptional fighters and picked up on the techniques easily.

With the amount of time that the two spent together, it wasn't hard to guess what came next. Of course they became sweethearts. Felix absolutely doted on the girl and he swore he had never seen any one so beautiful in his life. He would go to any length to back her up or protect her when need be. He smiled more, laughed more and was more...himself, than before he had met her. Then a tragedy stuck that would forever change him.

While out hunting one day for food they were accosted by other humans. Very desperate humans. Felix was wondering what could possibly be taking so long and finally when the sun had set low in the sky he told the others that we would go look for them. He didn't have to go far. There in the clearing of the forest lay his parents' bodies. The flesh was stripped from the neck down and most of the muscle had been hacked off of them. It was a bloody mess and his parents' faces stared up at him through dead eyes with grimaces of pain and horror. He swore revenge and didn't even say anything to the others when they found him kneeling in front of their bodies. He simply got up and walked away, never to be seen again. He even forgot what her name was. That part of him died that night along with his parents.

Sometime afterwards he created an organization of his own. The Daimis. Those disgusting regular humans murdered his parents so all humans must be the same way. They all must die and reap the punishment laid down upon them by Felix. Only the strong would survive in this cruel world. Only those like himself would be allowed to live. He gathered numerous other special mortals like himself and trained them to be lethal fighters. When they started to kill off random humans was when they attracted the attention of the United Force. Battles ensued between the two opposing forces and though the UF was obviously more experienced, the commander proved to be no match for Felix's abilities. He destroyed him and has now found out that another was elected. A woman whom he has never seen.

He was cruel. He found out about her desire to have a child of her own and personally ordered the bombing of the hospital. The stealing of the eggs was just a sadistic touch added on by his Vice Commander. She suggested that they destroy the eggs in front of her face but Felix had other plans. He would take from her what she wanted the most. He created a child with his own DNA. Using the technology provided to them he aged her and molded her into a lethal weapon that carried even a portion of his own ability in her. He sent her into the United Force as a spy and has been using her as such ever since. Her reports are becoming scarce though...he will check into that.

Felix portrays a sick sweetness about him in order to lure his victims into a false sense of security. He acts as if his enemy is actually his friend and treats them as he would a friend before he actually kills them. Although he does this all the emotions except for anger appear as if they are forced into his face. He believes that no human is innocent of all sin and deserve to die. When alone his face untwists from his usual sweet smile into a permanent scowl that he only shows when his victims are about to die so that they leave the world knowing no kindness.
He used to be very sweet and very caring. He still has a bit of the protectiveness he used to have when around the girl he used to love but he likes to suppress it. He feels that showing any sort of attachment to someone is considered a weakness. Because of that he has no one he really trust.

Felix is quick to anger and is not afraid to use corporal punishment on his officials and underlings. He believes it makes them tougher and is very much feared among his comrades. He likes to lead others on especially in matters of the heart and has been doing so with the VC for some time now simply because it amuses him to know that she harbors feelings for him. He is incredible at reading faces and it's almost impossible to hide anything from him.

Felix has the ability to use shadows as his weapon and can pull them from anywhere it makes no matter what size. He is very skilled with using them. He is also a very accomplished fighter having been trained along side the UF commander herself in his early years.

Aion's parents were born poor, just barely surviving in the slums of Emis where his father was eventually recruited by Dalmis in direct opposition to the rich upper class who survive and feast like kings while those like his parents were killing for bread crumbs. When Aion was born his parents cursed their luck, not only was Aion a weak child he was blind. As he reached of age his father tried to take him into the 'business' only then to realize the child was truly crazy. Yelling at demons who weren't there and cowering behind walls that weren't there. Or so his parents believed. One day his parents eventually perished due to starvation as they continually gave their food to Aion so he could grow up strong, and eventually his power began to manifest and when he finally realized the true grim fate of his powers; His powers of foresight, his parents were already deceased.

Aion is a very quiet person whom follows orders unquestionably, However he has a very quick temper if angered and has incredible gifts of creativity giving him nearly endless capabilities of tormenting his sleeping enemies. He is still a fairly small weak person physically just because he's unable to actually see things. However his weak foresight powers are constantly interrupting his thoughts which can be deadly as his mind is his only way to see.
