I am looking for a small dedicated group of role players to do a serious RP.

I am looking for a really heart wrenching story. Romance is okay but I find sometimes the most emotional stuff is between friends or family. I am totally open to brainstorming some ideas, feel free to just throw stuff out there.

One I have done in the past is a story about two best friends who are attending a magic school. One is a student of shadow the other is a student of light, despite their extreme opposites they have been life long friends, that is until the shadow student becomes possessed/controlled by the god of shadow. He forces her to attack the school and harm the students, when ever she does this she wears a black mask in the shape of a wolf's face.

The light student is recruited by the shadow gods brother (god of light obviously) to combat this menace completely unaware that it his best friend. He too wears a mask, his in the shape of a white lion. They face off many times with neither successfully stopping the other.

This whole time the shadow student is trapped in her own mind, she can see the terrible things she does and it is ripping her apart.

In their final show down she breaks his mask and at the sight of her best friend she manages to stop her sword, manages to take control just long enough to whisper his name...seconds before he plunges the sword into her chest. As she falls to the ground he pulls of the mask to see his best friend staring up at him with tear filled eyes and all she says is thank you before the light leaves her eyes forever.
