I just might give you a cookie! xxx▬► Hello! So, I've been looking for a good 1x1 roleplay for a while and haven't been able to find as many as I'd like. I've currently only have one going on that I consider extremely good and I love! Sad, huh? So to fix this little problem, I've created this search thread and I'm hoping that I'll get myself some good results. Here are some of my samples and to give you a little idea of what I expect from you! Sample 1 | Sample 2 | Sample 3 | Sample 4 xxx▬► Starting off, I've got a few rules but I promise they're not that too terribly difficult to follow.
1) You must be semi-literate - literate! This is a must. I know literacy has a varying amount of definitions, so I'll explain on what my definition of it is. I consider semi-literate/literate to be the ability to produce a post that's, at the least, 3 paragraphs long and contains about 6+ lengthy sentences. Little to no typo's, writing out your actions and adding detailed descriptions, and able to bring excitment into the plot. In return for your effort, I'll do my best as well. I know no one is perfect, but we can try can't we?
2) Please, please don't just suddenly leave the roleplay without telling me, okay? If you get bored with it, simply pm me, I'll understand. If you get busy in real life, I understand, everyone has a life outside of their computer and it takes some time to produce lenghty posts. Still, I'd like it if you can get at least three posts a week in though!
3) I'll have specifications in the rp's that I'll list in a bit such as one character preference I want to play, whether I want to be the girl role/guy role/ or either role, ect. Please read and respect them!
4) I'll be posting the type's of roleplay's I'm interested in as well as some plot's that I have for roleplay's already in my next post. Please don't post here until I have that up then you can post/pm me about the rp's.
5) Last but not least, have fun!

xxxBelow are some ideas that I have, if I just post the type I want it means that I do not have a plot idea in mind currently. If I have a plot idea, I will post it right below the type of roleplay that it is. Parts that are in bold is what I want to play, if nothing is bolded then I'm willing to play either part, either gender. Please note! All these roleplays are girl x boy. I do not do same gender, sorry!

Let The Chips Fall Where They May: Vampire X Human; Romance & Drama | I played the femal role in this once, but I can play the male role too and you can rename the character.
Seventeen year old Melanie led a life that wasn't so great. Her parents were, well, not the best. Her mother was beaten by her drunken father and when her father had beaten her to the point that she was knocked out, he'd turn on Mel and did the same; always making sure that the bruises were somewhere that weren't going to be seen. Melanie was sick of it all, sick of her abusive father, sick of her mother who did nothing about it and refused to leave him or to take Mel away. It'd been going on for six years now, and that was six years to many in Mel's eyes. It was only a week before graduation before her father took the abuse a little father and broke some ribs. Still, Mel was determined to finish high school before she left home for good, never planning to come back to her father or her mother again.
After high school graduation, Melanie returned home for only five minutes to grab the stuff that she had packed and prepared. Clothes, some food, and quite a bit of cash that she'd taken from her father that would last for a while until she was to find some sort of job and work it. Her father had beaten her pretty badly the day before graduation and she was walking rather slowly, but she had managed to get everything she needed out of the house and into the car. She started driving with no real destination in mind, she just knew that she wouldn't be able to stay anywhere that costed money quite yet since she needed her supply of cash to last her.
Melanie went about eighty miles away from her house and had started looking for any potential places that she could stay. She traveled along back roads, fairly deserted except for the few cars that would pass by from time to time. The tree's around the road pressed in on her but she liked them being there, it felt like a cover for anyone who might've been set out to look for her by her parents, even though she doubted that there would be. A few more miles of driving and she turned on to this dirt road that had looked like it hadn't been used in quite some time. When she made it to the end of the road, she was surprised to find an old house there. While Mel noted that it was in need of repairs, it didn't look like it was in any danger of falling down on top of her so she decided to stay there for the night.
Mel didn't know that the building wasn't abandoned, but actually had someone living in it. He was a vampire, a few centrys old with a personality that loathed the human population but had a slight lack in understanding of the modern technology because he distanced himself from it. He watched her as she came out of her car and into the house with disdain. This vampire had made it his immortal life's mission to get rid of any human in his path. So, what should make this human any different from the countless others he had killed before? Really, nothing. Nothing at all make's her different except for maybe her personality, the way she handle's things, and her life. But then again, every human is different in that respect. Still, the vampire would not care about such trivial manners such as those.
Tha vampire has grown bored to tell the truth, hardly anyone finds this house let alone want to stay in it so he decides to keep her alive for a while and see what she does. He doesn't tell him her secret yet, but when the time comes he will. Of course, by the time that comes he might just decide to kill her at that moment too. . . or will his cold heart feel warmth and start to love her?
It Wasn't My Fault: Slave/Master; I play female/slave role
Rosemarie Cross was one of the most highly respected angels in heaven at the time. She carried out very important and specific tasks that no one else was trusted with. Because she was so respected, a lot of the other angels grew jealous and planned to destory her high status in hopes that one of them might one day be in her place. It took years for them to figure out a plan to bring her down, but the finally came up with one. They accused her of a crime, all fingers and evidence led straight to her hands. She did not commit the crime but was still wrongly accused all the same and thrown out of heaven to live one of the most lowly lives. They stripped her of her powers completely, leaving her almost defenseless without them. She can still change into her angel form, but it takes a lot of her energy to do, so she doesn't often change. When she landed on earth's cruel plain, she was found to be at a what was a slave market. Rose didn't know what it was at the time, she just knew that she was forced to go with some cruel man at the end of it all. She noticed that he had certain charateristics of a demon, but without her power she couldn't sense that he was so she was unsure. Usually, angels captured by demons were protected under Angel Law and were rescued, but the angels not caring if she lived or died, were not going to come for her. They were going to leave her to her fate. Rose has no clue as to what this man has in store for her, she just knows that he is not very nice.

Have you ever seen someone else get into a bad situation before? A situation that could've been easily prevented if that person had been responsible? Then, after you found out about that persons troubles, did this single thought run through your head? 'That will never be me.' It ran through my head, several times over the years in fact as some of the people I knew did stupid things. I guess what I thought was wrong though. . .
It's my senior year of highschool and my boyfriend and I have been going out for a little over a year I'd guess. We're big into parties that are being thrown and usually when to the majority of them. A couple weeks ago though, we went to a party and had a pretty big fight. Honestly, I can't even remember the point of it anymore, but that it was over something small and stupid. Either way, we'd gotten pretty mad at each other and had went our seperate ways at the party. I drank a lot while I was there, more then I was used to drinking and, needless to say, I felt and acted quite drunk. And then comes the part where I screwed up. I can't even remember most of it. . . only bits and pieces. What I do know though, is that I ended up sleeping with the captain of the football team from our school, which was pretty bad. My situation was made even worse though when I found out that I was pregnant a few weeks later. While the football captain, Gavin, was drunk as well that night, I'm positive that he knows what we did, but like me, we haven't spoken of it to anyone. Gavin and I are friends a little, but mainly only because ~~~ and Gavin are as close as best friends could be. I feel horrible for doing what I did, but I'm not sure how to break the news to ~~~, let alone anyone else. Unfortunately though, my time is going to run out and ~~~ has noticed that something is up with me lately. I just don't want to hurt Gavin and ~~~ friendship, or ~~~ and our relationship. Can I fix it and avoid those?
*Note*: The character Gavin will be played by both of us to an extent. A profile is not needed for him though.
To Walk Alone? Best Friend X Pregnant friend: Drama, Romance. | I play female role, and I'm craving this roleplay currently!
Four months ago, a young woman was walking home from work. The building in which she worked was only a few blocks away from the apartment that she lived in and the career that she had was as a Journalist for a magazine. She'd been working late that day, trying to finish an article she was working on so it could go into the next issue of the magazine which was to be printed tomorrow. By the time that she had finished it, she was a little tired and the clock on the wall read 11:30 p.m. She was the last one in the building to leave that night except for a few of the janitors that cleaned the building of course. The young woman grabbed her bag and shrugged into her jacket, pulling it close to herself as she started walking down the streets, it being a fairly cold night as small flakes of snow began to fall from the dark sky. She heard heavy footsteps coming from behind her, but they weren't walking, the person behind her was running. She turned around to see who was behind her right as a pretty muscular man roughly clamped a hand over her mouth and dragged her into the nearest alley. She tried to scream and shout for help, struggled to get away, anything, but the man was much more stronger then she was. The man pinned her to the ground once they were in the alley and raped her. After he'd finished, he had knocked her out and left her there in the alley. When she woke up, it was several hours later and a fine layer of snow covered her completely. She slowly got up, shivering and crying as she ran to the police station a few blocks down and pounded on the door till someone inside answered at that late hour. She told the policemen her story and gave them as best a desciption of the man as she could but begged the men to keep this out of the papers and off the news. They agreed and kept it as confidentail. A month and a half later, the woman was having a hard time getting over the whole expierence and the only person she had told that she'd gotten raped was her father. Although, a new problem had arisen; she feared that she might be pregnant. The young woman got a pregnancy test and broke down in tears and a little bit of fear when she found that it was positive. Again, the only person that she told about this was her father, no one else. Not even her best friend, she just couldn't bring herself to do it. Three more months have past and she's traded out her often form fitting shirts for ones that are a little more loose fitting to hide the small bump on her stomach that was starting to grow. She know she can't hide it forever, but she wish that she could.
Now were to this young womans best friend. He'd been friends with her since they were in Middle School together and had always gone out and done fun things and it didn't even stop when they'd graduated High School. He'd always harboured secret feelings for her, but had never thought to voice them to her, afraid that it would ruin their friendship that they had with each other. Still, he can't fight his feelings that he has for her no matter how hard he seems to try. Over the last four months, he's noticed that she doesn't seem to have that old spark of life to her anymore. She doesn't seem to joke around and tease him like she used to, it takes more for her to laugh, and her eyes always seem to hold a tinge of sadness to them. Whenever he asks her what is wrong, she always says she's fine even though he knows she's clearly not. He's noticed that her father comes and visits her almost every other day even when he lives a good two hours away, and the young man has noticed that she always makes excuses for when he invites her to do something with him like watch a movie or something late at night. He knows something is wrong he just doesn't know what it is, but he's taken to spending more time with her lately to try and help.

I adore the Assassin x Target role play idea. I've been playing with the idea of opening something like that myself. I haven't tried something like that before and i think it will be a new challenge. smile

Awesome! I did specify which character I'd like to play in that idea, so are you okay with that? And then did you want to hear the small plot idea I have for it? (No kidding either, it's reall tiny and basic. XD) Or did you have an idea for a plot yourself?

Alright, so here is the plot:
Most five years old go to pre-school right? Well, not for some of them. Grace Underwood has been trained since five for the profession of being an assassin. At the age of eighteen, she graduated from the school of sorts and became a full fledged assassin. Killing people had never been something that she'd taken particualr joy in, but since it was what she'd been raised to do, it didn't bother her like it might've bothered most. Now when she gets the assignment to first get information from a guy who is holding an important secret, and then kill him once that secret is told to her she's slightly hesitant in doing so. Something about the guy appeals to her and she fears her feelings are getting to mixed with her sense of duty giving her the urge to just kill him now before she becomes to deeply invovled.
So that' what I got, not super good though. Another variation of it I had was that maybe the guy can be an ex-assassin and he realizes what she is before she tells him/tries to kill him for his information. . .? I don't know whichever you think would be more interesting is alright with me. =)
