It has been decades since everyone went underground because of the dangers they themsleves had made. There has been a legand that a girl will return the sky back to the everyone.
Over the years three groups have been formed they are!
The hunters: These people beleive they are the only ones ment to return to the sky and will do what ever it takes to return.
The loners: these are a group of people who try to make the place they live in a peacefull one. There is two subgroups of this Blades(they are like the cops) and the outlaws (There goals are to save everyone by bringing the sky back to all)
The Nekos: They are humans that were altered and now serve the other groups.

2send me a completely filled useing the skelly below and make the subject the name of your group.
3 romance is allowed but keep it pg13!(hugging and kissing is allowed but nothing above that.
4no post unless i say you can post or your profile is shown.
5keep to the rp. You can have your own life but try to keep it related to the rp.
6talking ooc is ok but only if you are makeing a post that is part of the rp. (Meaning ooc only post are not allowed.)
7 if you have a problem with someone pm me and i will tend to it otherwise drop it or quit the rp.
