I like it, the shading is consistant the whole thing has this round sense to it. I think it may be something to do with shape of the flower in relation of her arm.

I like the way you drew the collar of the shirt and the legs the best. I think it would be better if we could see her other hand, since it sort of looks like you just hid it to avoid drawing it. The single colour on the rose is nice and very effective.
