Character Name: Lucian Alaric
Age: Twenty Seven
Physical appearance: Lucian likes to thing of himself as a sophisticated gentleman, so he tries to dress so, even if he isn't exactly rich. He suits which are obviously old, but well taken care of, with no rips or missing buttons. He likes to wear a fancy top-hat that he splurged a large sum of money on at some point, which looks out of place with his other attire being obviously old.
He has well trimmed, shoulder length black hair. He stands at about 5''11 and weighs around 138 lbs. He is clean shaven, taking extra care that no stubble shows up on his face. He pays attention to his posture, and never slouches. He has deep blue eyes.
Personality: Lucian tries his best to act like a gentleman. He wasn't raised in a rich family though, and it is often obvious. He doesn't react well to pressure, and can often be a coward. He wants to be "brave", and use his gift to help others, but he usually just ends up getting himself out of trouble. He usually tries to be friendly.
Occupation: Lucian is a librarian, and thus he has a vast knowledge of literature and history. Since leaving his village, he has done numerous odd jobs. He has organized books, exterminated rats, cleaned gutters, and swept streets in the villages he passes through.
Biography: Up to the age of twenty five, Lucian lived a relatively normal life in his small village. He had no wife, and acted as a librarian and historian, although it seemed he was the only one with any interest in the subjects. He grew restless.
He told his parents that he planned to leave. They didn't try to stop him, instead giving him a sum of money for the road. With his wallet full, and a small case full of clothes, Lucian set off. It wasn't till about two weeks later that Lucian had no idea where he was going. Wondering aimlessly? Looking for a home elsewhere? Just running away from his boring village? In his despair and confusion, he failed to notice that he was being followed by a bear. He eventually just happened to turn around and see the massive beast. He screamed, and the bear ran towards him. Lucian panicked and held his hands in front of him. That's when a small burst of fire appeared and scared the bear away.
Lucian found his way to a nearby village, where he stayed for a couple of weeks. He told the village elder of the encounter. The elder gave Lucian a sword, saying that it would help him in his travels. He set out the next day, deciding that he would try and tame this power that he had found.
