Do you know why some characters are just so much more powerful then others? It is simple. The influence of Origin has caused them to gain much strength, beyond that of even a Genesis. Though, this power has some very negative effects to those who haven't mastered it and separated themselves from it.

Those like Creed, and Flux, personal Genesises created by Origin, are insane, and the strongest people in the world! they can destroy an entire city with just a fraction of the power given to them by Origin.

Here is your chance to get some of that power. The prize for this contest is a weapon, that you will design with me, that will contain Origin's power. what special power origin adds to the skill you decide, and its consequences will be predetermined by me, although the weapons look, and basic skill will be determined by the victor. After all of this, the weapon will be used as a plot device, which you will help design, that will effect the entire guild!

If I don't like the entries to the contest, I will not hesitate to grant NO winner. I will have other prizes to those who participate. Anyone who attempts will receive 5 points, and notable entries may receive more.

Now, here is the contest. It comes in steps. ALL of it must be completed for the contest entry to be valid.

1. you must post a 5 paragraph minimum sample of your character being tortured by Origin, who can take any form you wish.

2. Give a large explanation in a PM of what you would do with your weapon, and how you would use a plot device.

3. Post at least twice a day for a week during any time during this contest.

Far away, beyond Ethral, beyond any landscape that human or even inhuman entities have touched. There existed a place where innocence and purity is not known. Only the obscurities of evil remain. Life does not flourish, a desolate waste of past worlds meshing together to form chaos. A never resting stockpile of flesh eating corpses. To think this was hell, would mean paradise but for the unlucky soul being dragged here, this system was shear torture. A constant coo of shrilling feminine voices echoed through out the land and in the far reaches of this waste, a sturdy structure rose from the ground. A body concealed by a dark cloak walked through the building. The upright entity entered into a room and brought about light, filling the room and in the center was a man on his knees. The cloaked figure removed the bag from the man revealing it to be Itazuki.

Itazuki kept calm, completely unaware of his given situation. His eyes adjusted and the hooded man started to settle in his vision. "Who are you?" A simple question but the answer beyond imagination. With all the light in the room, not a single shadow except the cloaked man, his face hidden away by shadow, a little laugh, grimacing to the core. He spoke, "I've existed since before creation of your world. I've set the wheel in motion, and been the one to cause mankind's downfall and up rise. You think you know the meaning of power, You're a mere infant." He started to circle around Itazuki, slowly getting closer. The fear finally began to settle into Itazuki, he knew then who this was. "Origin." Itazuki muttered but then the man spoke again, "Teran, Flux, Creed. All those useless mongrels who cause intimidation among you, you shouldn't fear them. You think, they are nightmares?" He chuckled again. "They can kill you with ease, but can they bring you to life, and kill you again. Enough of this useless chatter."

Before Itazuki was held down by invisible restraints but now was able to get up. He faced Origin ready to attack, already air born, ready to attack. But he was stuck in place. Held by nothing but the will of Origin. Itazuki only blinked and Origin was Behind Itazuki, several feet away. At his stomach, Itazuki felt a tiny itch beginning to irritate. Then a small slit formed in his shirt soon followed by red wetting the material. He looked down and from side to side of his stomach there was a split, a sound of a sloshing thud. His intestines piled together on the floor. It looked like white noodles in a red sauce, Itazuki screamed from the sight then the agonizing pain of it all.

Origin was already in front of Itazuki, he brought a finger through Itazuki's head to his brain. "I don't want you to die." Origin said while fiddling with the inner workings of Itazuki's brain. "I want you to suffer all the pain I give." His finger spun just scratching the cerebellum, it was liking pudding in Origin's hands. "Your name is Itazuki and pain is you meaning." His finger slid out with a red ooze dripping down Itazuki face. Itazuki's eyes already rolled back from the intensity of it all, but they began to focus back looking at Origin and seeing the paleness Of Origin's face. Origin crouched down and dabbled in the pile of guts. "Hmmm, ahhh, ooohhh." He grabbed the brownish organ, the largest visceral organ. The Liver. With the mysterious powers Origin possessed, when he picked up Itazuki's liver, Itazuki winced in pain. But Origin suddenly scarfed down the organ and licked his bluish lips in delight. "Pretty good, Itazuki."

All the strength and endurance, all the tolerance he had for pain, Itazuki shouted in agony, but exhausted. He mumbled pleas for help, but none would come, none would answer. Orgin grabbed hold of Itazuki's neck and lifted him up to the light above, examining his features. Studying this feeble man's face. Itazuki eyes remained open, and his blood continued to course through but gushed out of his stomach in constant waterfall of blood.Origin smirked, violently shoving his hand through the laceration in Itazuki's stomach. He felt around and touched one of his ribs. He tugged violently, causing Itazuki too scream. Origin pulled out the single rib, it was like a white spike, painted with a sheen of red. Origin stabbed and stabbed and single bursts of blood shot out of Itazuki's chest. Itazuki still remain hung frozen, his arms up ready to attack but his head slumped forward and his teeth grinding in anguish. Origin snapped his fingers, then Itazuki fell in a pool of his blood and guts. He writhed and curled into a ball, hugging his organs shoving his intestines back in his hole but with each push he groaned. He thought one thing, 'why?'

Drenched in his own bodily fluids he crawled away with Origin trailing close by. Itazuki's pain started to surge and only increase but it faded away. He turned on his back and looked up. Origin was gone, he looked in all directions and no sight of Origin. Then Itazuki looked down and saw no blood, his wounds gone. Not even a scar. He got up and jumped about, happiness rushed through him, every thing terrible was a horrible outlandish nightmare. But in reality Origin implanted this dream into Itazuki's head, while he carved into Itazuki's body, tearing into him, and dissecting Itazuki's body while being strung upside down by hooks shoved into his ankles. Origin laughed while tapping Itazuki's head and awakening him to the horror of reality. "WHAT!!!!!!!!!!" Itazuki's shouted, bewildered but then he moaned as the insane pain encompassed his entire body. His tongue flapped with the scream and Origin snatched it out. Blood filled his mouth, even more blood rushed to his head, everything gave a hue of red.

Origin acted surprised and gave an impression of sympathy for Itazuki but then then this false gag was shattered by flopping the pink tissue of muscle that was Itazuki's tongue. "Do you wanna die? Do you want this to end? It'll never end." He chuckled and gave no serious thought to Itazuki's dire situation. "Your just an implement of my enjoyment. You should be honored to bring joy to a supreme being such as I." Itazuki looked at Origin from below and only saw Orgin's hand swing down at him. Itazuki's vision became strange and now he had such mobility, but it was only his head being carried in the palm of Origin's hand. The god of all, the beginning of all, carried Itazuki's head out to the side and stared into his soul. He burnt the thought of Itazuki. Flames started to spew out of Itazuki's ears, eyes, nose and mouth. Till finally his scalp popped off from the pressure. Origin reached into Itazuki's head and grabbed the most vital part of Itazuki. He plucked his brain out of his skull and laughed in amusement, Origin spoke, "I'm done." And Itazuki remained mangled in this blackened abyss that is Origin's domain.

SPACEThe streets of the small town bustled with life this early in the morning as all the townspeople hurried about conducting the various tasks that they had to accomplish before the day's end. Women were buying food for their dinners, men were buying equipment for various tasks such as farming or repairing their homes, and children ran around laughing and playing as they were wont to do. Among the crowd ran a small boy of about five, unnoticed by most as he slipped through the legs of the busy figures like a snake through tall grass. The much younger Durithill had a goal today, and he was determined to achieve it. A rather unusual merchant was in town today who sold antique books, and Durithill was going to get his hands on one of them no matter what. As Durithill approached the stall where the man was selling his wares, Durithill slowed down so as not to draw as much attention to himself. After all, it was hard to steal something if everyone was watching you intently. Durithill snuck around to the side of the vender's stand where he wasn't as noticable, and with a smoother, practiced motion reached up and pulled one of the books off of the stack. Before he could move more than a step though, an arm reached out and grabbed Durithill's wrist in an iron grip.
SPACE"What the hell do you think you're doing, kid?" the book salesman growled, a ferocious look on his face.
SPACE"I-I just wanted to look at it!" Durithill pleaded, but the man wasn't listening as he dragged Durithill towards the stand. He ripped the book from Durithill's grasp and slammed Durithill's hand against a flat surface, holding it tightly. "No! Stop! H-H-Help!" Durithill struggled as hard as he could to get free, but a five year old boy was no match from a grown man.
SPACE"This will teach you to steal from me!" the salesman said as he pulled out a knife. Durithill knew what came next, and he began screaming and desperately trying to wrench himself free from the salesman's grip. With a swift movement, the knife came down and straight through Durithill's hand and a few inches into the wood, causing blood to splatter over the wood and ground. "Now ******** off." he said as he pulled the knife out and shoved Durithill away, who collapsed in the street clutching his bleeding hand. By now people had begun to take notice, but none came to Durithill's aid.
SPACE"Hey, look, it's that kid."
SPACE"He's a thief now too?"
SPACE"Someone show just put him out of his misery."
SPACE"Get out of here! We don't want you here, kid!
SPACEBefore Durithill could even get up, a leg suddenly with his side with enough force to send him rolling. He frantically got up as people began crowding and shouting various things at him. The kick had broken at least one rib, making it extremely painful to move, but Durithill didn't have much of a choice as he hobbled off, still clutching his bleeding hand. He slipped into an alley and collapsed next to a pile of trash where he couldn't be seen from the street, his skin now almost white from blood loss. His uninjured hand was trembling fiercely, but he still managed to tear a piece of cloth off his shirt and wrap it around the wound on his hand before the dark of unconsciousness overtook him.

SPACEWith a start, Durithill awoke from one nightmare into another. He had absolutely no idea where he was, exactly. As he look around, he didn't even have a guess. The room was massive, plated entirely in gold and gemstones. Pillars lined each side of the room leading up to a gilded throne, although it was empty at the moment and not of a place Durithill recognized. As far as he knew, no king of this world was foolish enough to cover his entire throne room in gold. That was just inviting thieves and assassins. In less than a blink of the eye, Durithill was on his feet and clutching his daggers. Clearly someone had a reason in bringing him here, although he had no idea what that was at the moment.
SPACE"Good afternoon. I hope you slept well." A sudden voice caused Durithill to whirl around and stare at the man who had clearly not been there before. "I trust you had pleasant dreams?" the man said with a small smirk.
SPACE"Who are you?" Durithill demanded, still clutching his daggers tight.
SPACE"I am." the man replied simply, with a strange smile. Although his brief answer left much to be desired, Durithill could hazard a guess. Even though he was clearly seeing the man now, he could think of no words to describe him. It was as if his mind was unable to comprehend what he was seeing, and simply was forcing what was before his eyes into the shape of a man so his mind wouldn't melt from trying to process it. Even though Durithill never really put much faith in gods, only one name came to his mind: Origin.
SPACE"What do you want?"
SPACE"To give you power." A knowing smirk spread across Origin's lips causing Durithill to narrow his eyes suspiciously. True to his word, Origin lazily lifted up a hand and snapped, and Durithill suddenly felt power rushing through his body like nothing he'd ever felt before. He felt stronger, faster, and more deadly than ever. As he looked down at his body, he could hardly believe it. Although he looked the same as always, it was clear to him that he could do virtually anything he wanted. "I also wish to repair that which made your life travel the course he had."
SPACEThis sentence confused Durithill, but when he turned to look at Origin his eyes widened and he froze. There, standing next Origin, was a beautiful young woman. Even though Durithill had never seen her before in his life, he instantly knew who she was.
SPACE"M-Mother...?!" he gasped, hardly daring to believe what was there before his eyes. The sight of his dead mother was so shocking that Durithill forgot about everything else. She looked just like all the pictures Durithill had seen. Thought, the very thing he lived by, failed him at this minute. Here stood the reason for everything: the reason his father abandoned him, the reason he grew up alone, the reason the townsfolk hated and avoided him like the plague, the foundation Durithill's life was built upon.
SPACE"It's nice to finally meet you, Durithill." the woman said with a gentle smile. Durithill simply stared slack-jawed, still unable to find any source of rational thought within his mind. Surely this had to be real? For a god, for Origin, resurrecting a person was probably child's play. The woman began jogging, then starting running towards him. With a leap she wrapped her arms around Durithill's neck and planted a motherly kiss on his cheek.
SPACEIt was then that Durithill's wits came back to him with a horrifying realization. "Mother, stay away!" he shouted, trying to dislodge her. But it was too late. The woman began to spasm violently as the poison from Durithill's body began to tear its way through her body. The twisted look on her face was a testament to the absolutely agonizing pain she was in. She then wretched, but instead of vomit what sprayed from her mouth was blood as black as night. Black blood began to drip from her other orifices as she continued to contort in pain. There was nothing Durithill could do but stand and watch as his mother slowly died in excruciating pain in front of him from his own ability.
SPACEAs the corpse finally stopped twitching, Durithill feel to his knees, a nasty splat sounding through the room as he landed the pool of black blood surrounding her body. "Mother..." he muttered, reaching gingerly over to the corpse. "MOTHERRR!!" He began shaking the corpse violently as if this might somehow wake her up and erase the horrifying expression burned into her face forever more. "WAKE UP! WAKE UP!" The man with an expression of stone, who relied solely on logic and almost never let slip any emotion, had been reduced to nothing more than a child crying for his mother, crying over her twisted corpse and soaking in her poisoned blood.
SPACEAs fragile of a state as his mind was already in, his ability to think simply shattered and his expression turned to own of pure fury as all he heard behind him was cold laughter. Without a thought he spun and launched at Origin like a wild beast with daggers raised for the strike. Despite the overwhelming amount of power he had now, Origin, simply stepped through his attack and caught him by the neck before throwing him against one of the gilded pillars with such force it cracked. Before Durithill could get up and retaliate, he felt two spikes of metal shoot through his shoulders, pinning him to the pillar. As immense as Durithill's power was now, he felt nothing by absolute crushing helplessness before Origin.
SPACE"Aww, is the little puppy going to bite me?" Origin said with a laugh as he slowly approached Druithill. "Come on, howl for me again! The sweet melody of your misery brings such pleasure to me." He grabbed Durithill's hand and raised it up in front of his face, then summoned five metal spikes into being. Not being an idiot, Durithill could guess what was coming. As expect, Origin shoved the spikes into the tips of Durithill's fingers and into the bones sending waves of pain shooting through his arm. Durithill gritted his teeth, refusing to scream in pain. Origin just laughed and began twisting the spikes, causing them to slowly drill further and further into the bones of Durithill's fingers. With each twist, Durithill could feel the bones of his fingers cracking and splintering as the metal bored into the soft tissue underneath the tough bone. The pain was so intense that Durithill began to see floating balls of light enter his vision, but still he refused to holler in pain.
SPACEAfter several minutes of drilling, the spikes eventually made it all the way through Durithill's fingers and out the back of his hand. "Well, you're still conscious. That's a good sign." Origin said with a laugh as he let Durithill's hand fall back down to his side. "But, you still have five more, don't you?" With that, he repeated the same process on Durithill's other hand, slowly drilling all five spikes completely through his fingers and out the back of his knuckles. Although he still refused to scream the entire time, he extreme of having spikes drilled through his fingers was starting to take its toll on him, and he felt unconsciousness creeping in from the corners of the mind. He wasn't sure exactly how much more it would be before he fell unconscious, but he was hoping it would come sooner rather than later.
SPACEOrigin seemed to notice that Durithill was rapidly losing the ability to remain awake as well, and started making 'tsk's of annoyance. "Well now, we can't really have you falling asleep, can we?" he said as he suddenly grabbed Durithill's head. With a quick motion, he forced Durithill's eyes open, then stuck two needles deep into his eyeballs: one at the top and one at the bottom to prevent him closing his eyes. "There, that aught to do the trick for a little while." Although the needles weren't actually holding his eyes open, whenever Durithill would try to close his eyes even a little it would cause the needles to twist, dig, and tear inside his eyes, forcing him to keep his own eyes wide open to avoid the pain.
SPACE"Well now, what should we do next?" Origin asked himself as he placed a hand and Durithill's neck and slowly ran it down Durithill's body. "Something with a blade?" he asked, slicing Durithill's chest with his fingernail as he spoke. "No, too quick. Too clean. Blades are for killing, but I can't play with you if you're dead. Perhaps something else with a drill?" This time he shoved his finger through a pressure point in Durithill's chest, breaking a rib and shoving it into Durithill's lung. Labored as his breathing was from the pain, it now because that much harder with blood beginning to fill up one of his lungs. "Ah, but that would be boring, wouldn't it? We've already done so much with drills. You don't want to get bored, do you? Then perhaps.."
SPACEAt that moment, a pain so great exploded through Durithill's body that his vision went white. "Oops. I don't think that was supposed to come off..." muttered Origin as Durithill vomited from the force of the pain alone. Durithill had experience quite a lot of pain in his life, even being tortured before, but never before had he experience a pain this overwhelmingly great. His body began quivering uncontrollably as he felt himself start to go into shock. "I think I accidentally neutered my puppy..." Origin said as Durithill vomited again from the pain emanating from what was left of his groin. "Here, you should hold on to these. They're probably important." Origin said as he reached over and shoved the bloody mass he was holding onto the spikes sticking out of Durithill's hands. The additional spike of pain shooting up his arm caused him to vomit again, and he saw his vision starting to fade. "I'm going to have a lot of fun making you howl, puppy." Origin said with a laugh as Durithill slipped into the realm of unconsciousness.

The master of electricity had absolutely no idea where he had been or how he got there. It was going to be hard on how to find out the whereabouts of Calypso when the person that was responsible transported him to another dimension. His friends would have no idea where he was even if they had some sort of talent that would be able to pinpoint their location. Hell even the genesis would end up having no luck finding Calypso. It was difficult to see anything but he knew that something was preventing him from moving completely. The atmosphere had a horrific stench to it. The only source of light was from behind him flashing on his bare back. As for the hallway, everything in front of him was pitch black so being able to see someone…or something get close to him. And by dark, it wasn’t the kind that normal people saw when they would go to bed. It was also not the type that darkness users were used to conjuring. Not even the masters of the genesis of darkness would have feasted their eyes on this kind of dark.

It was the kind of darkness that only existed before humanity and everything else existed. The dark ages, where at one point the universe occupied nothing. Calypso had faced many dark users in his time but this type of darkness had to be the kind that instilled fear into his new body as he had enough strength to stare though the unseen. That was the type of fear that was instantly spread throughout the body. His new body was being held up by chains which were strapped to a device that was around his entire mid-section. The reason his body was new was because the person responsible for this wanted him at his most vulnerable, for the judgment that was going to arrive. All of his powers, talents, everything was gone. Calypso’s electric powers were usurped from him; his armor, clothes and weapons were taken from him as well. His body even gave up on him as it took a malnourished form; even his platinum hair, his trademark was ½ way gone. Just as the muscles in his neck gave up causing his head to drop he heard something in the distance. It sounded like footsteps, coming closer and closer and closer. But Calypso couldn’t see through the darkness that was in front of him and his ears couldn’t measure the sound and the distance. It sounded to him like it was coming closer and closer and closer…

“You shouldn’t waste your strength… you’ll have an eternity to know who I am.”

The footsteps that sounded almost like an eternity began to come to light, or a lighter darkness that Calypso was able to see. The figure that stood before him, the one who put him in this position had taken a form of death according to some beliefs. Like it mentioned before Calypso had forever to know who he was and find his true form. But for now Calypso would have to settle with looking at the one responsible in this form. The being walked closer to Calypso and gently lifted his head so that he could have the luxury of being face to face with death itself. As Calypso saw the being he immediately flinched in fear, tears beginning to flow down the eyes of the former electric master. “I assure you that this isn’t a dream and that feeling you’re experiencing right now…will never die.” It roared in a deep tone. Calypso had no idea who it was but he heard that voice and had that feeling that things had just gone from worse, to ******** horrific. “You look terrified…good. But you should also be thanking me, for I gave you what you’ve been seeking all your life, and what the genesis were too selfish to give you…Immortality.” Calypso didn’t have power to speak or even think properly but knowing that he was in this position, being granted immortality had to be a worse case scenario. “Allow me to demonstrate.” It told him, before the device that was attached to Calypso instantly broke free, shooting opposite sides away from him. But when it broke free, so did the screams of the former master of electricity, for his entire ribcage and internal organs were ripped along with the device. Calypso’s body dropped, creating a massacre, or art of blood, guts, and organs.

Seconds later he woke up, but in same position or predicament he was in. Instead he was constricted by multiple chains in the fashion of a boa. The environment was covered fully in the same darkness as before so all he could see were the eyes of the beast that was in its same position. “But in your position Immortality doesn’t come as a form of a gift, but it comes as a curse, a cause of events that will have your body in endless amounts of pain.” It continued as it pulled out a scalpel of of thin air with its left arm. “It’s always the smallest things that do so much damage…”After he said that chains that were surrounding Calypso’s groin area was released, exposing his private area. “No…” Calypso barely whispered. The former master tried his damnest to break free from his unbreakable prison, to fight back and return back to the way things were, but all that did was form a grin on the beast, who was checking out its reflection from the scalpel. “I’ve taken a move out of your book…my book and increased your pain receptors to its maximum limit. But you’ll find out that my version is a bit different.” He said as he pointed the scalpel towards his groin area.

And all it took was one thrust…

And all the pain Calypso experienced throughout his lifetime…did not even come close to his horrific castration procedure that was occurring at the moment. Screams that would have triumphed over any sound user, shaking and jerking that would have convinced doctors Calypso had a serious degree of parkinson’s. And tears of pain that would have made any sensitive being, even with a cruel heart pray this was over quick. He heard 2 plops on the floor, his bloody and shredded testicles before he heard his manhood drop as well. The once known electric master that would have went down as one of the best warriors….was now stripped of his manhood, stripped of what made him a human being. The blood loss and shock he was experiencing made his body go out of control, causing him to fade into unconsciousness.

Seconds later he woke up, with his groin intact, but in the same position and predicament he was in. Only the chains were wrapped all over his head, except for his eyes ears and mouth. “Do you see now the curse I’ve laid upon you? You became a threat the second you received the power of the genesis…I’ve taken that power from you but you along with the other masters will suffer like no entity has experienced…see what happens when you try to tamper with powers that are reserved to the creator….Origin.” And that was when Calypso’s weak eyes widened up like the 4th of July. He was the one that he heard so much about. The creator of everything that he saw before him. Calypso’s body tried to give him a last speech before his torture would commence but he wasn’t able to sadly. All his body did at this point was shed a single tear as he heard the last words Origin would give him before this train of eternal torture would spin once more. “Save your tears. I'll reap your sorrow slowly. I have centuries to discover the things that make you whimper” The Chain suddenly released form Calypso’s body, taking away his skin, tissue, and muscle tissue, slowly, allowing Origin to soak in the new, fresh screams Calypso delivered this time around. The former master of electricity was punished to eternal torture for the rest of his days, where he would undergo the most horrific torture with his pain receptors placed at maximum, so even the slightest touch would send screams out of Calypso. Only for his body to be in the same state it was when he woke up and for the vicious cycle to happen again..and again…and again. “This is just the beginning.” Were the last words before Calypso would die after hours later his body would become nothing but bones.

Seconds later he woke up…
