Look at the picture where the eye is in the background its like a rinnegan but it has slight variations to the outside of the eye the one where she says we have no luck.

Anyuone know what that eye is exactly?

Those eyes are...not a doujutsu....I think.

I was thinking maybe it was between the rinnegan and eternal mangekyo as it looks like the rinnegan but has strange markings around the edges kind of like a sharingan

It looks exactly like Fake-Madara's mask so I bet they'll reveal it's relevance soon.
I think it probably has something to do with the Uzumaki clan.

Its the Uzamaki symbol on a banner behind her. U cant see the spiral Cause it's cut off at the top and by the words, but u can see that the second to outer 'ring' merges with the outside on under the text.

I see that now that you pointed it out. i still think its an eye as well though. also i thought the 9 tails was named kyuubi but his name is kurama
