"Fatal Storm" raises any Fuuton and/or Raiton jutsu's used with it up by one rank. It can carry the user up into the air, since his body will be as light as the wind, though it cannot allow him to fly, only to glide. It also works as a conductor to lightning attacks, if the user blocks a Raiton or Fuuton ninjutsu with the fan. The jutsu's after effects on the user of the fan are weakened slightly. While wielding this fan, the user's control of wind is raised by one rank. Learning Fuuton jutsus with this fan takes two less posts and taking hits from the fan head on is not recommended. The fan is durable and only slightly hard to break since the ends of the fan were made with obsidian and the paper is a strong type that cannot be destroyed by any common means.

The Range of the weapon:Long Range Weakness:-Fire Ninjutsu of Chuunin and above can destroy the gourd yet it can easily be remade but the process can ONLY be done in the hidden Rain village. -The gourd does nothing else, literally, except supply origami no dara users pulp in order to perform their jutsu's and replenish paper supply Description: Bunkobon Gesaku is a strong and LARGE gourd but is light since its made from the trees of the Rainfall Forest and covered with the waters of the Fallen Rain Shrine which are said to be sacred and save the gourd from being harmed by Chuunin and lower Fire attacks(jutsu and taijutsu included), Jounin fire attacks and higher can destroy the gourd completely BUT it can easily be remade within the hidden Rain and ONLY the hidden Rain. xxxxxx Weapon Properties|| The blades are made of made of chakra-soaked obsidian. The natural properties of the obsidian make them many times sharper than high quality steel, the cutting edges being only 3 nanometers thick. Thus, cuts will be cleaner, deeper, and be more likely to draw blood -- and lots of it. The concentrated chakra in the blade increases the hardness of the pure black glass, making it nearly unbreakable (see weakness for exceptions). Should one of the blades be broken, application of blood to the broken edges acts like super-glue, fusing the sword back together as if the break had never happened. Depending on how bad the break is, this could take up to three posts to complete. The inherent chakra in the blades, also (though it cannot be drained, is permanent) makes it easier for other chakra to flow through them -- primarily for the life-stealing jutsu of a Jashinist. In the hands of a Jashinist, the Fangs will feel almost alive -- warm and with a slight pulse. In the hands of any other, however, the blades will feel cold and dead, and if used for a prolonged length of time, will eventually drive the user to turn the Fangs upon themselves, ending their own life. They are Jashin's Fangs, after all, and none but his own are worthy to wield them.

xxxxxx Around the time Rini entered the Academy, her father and brother (a jounin and chuunin respectfully) lost their lives in the line of duty. Her father was killed by an enemy shinobi and her older brother was badly injured. Their team managed to return to the village, but the medic nin were unable to save Kohaku. He died shortly thereafter, leaving Rini and her mother behind. Against her mother’s wishes, Rini continued to study at the Academy, aiming to become a medical ninja in order to help prevent other families from experiencing such losses in the future.
xxxxxx Upon graduating, Rini was taken in by Luna Bravenheart to begin her medical training. Together, they tried to cure Rini of her insecurities, but it was not until Luna and Yun became engaged that Rini came to a realization that she could be strong and stand tall. That did not last long, however, as -- shortly after the wedding -- Rini's nightmares began. A "shadow-thing" started haunting her thoughts, voicing and taunting her for those fears she thought she had put behind her. Rini became jumpy and was starting to lose her grip on things, but her new friendship with her teammate, Neo, kept her from going insane. With the assistance of the new Tsuchikage, the "shadow-thing" was sealed in a box of her mind's making, allowing her to focus again on her training.
xxxxxx During the preparations for the Chuunin Exams, Rini's relationship with Neo blossomed. The events of the exams, however, quickly broke down their growing romance and almost ruined her newly-made friendship with a fellow test-taker, Yuji. During the free-for-all, when Yuji was injured and exhausted, Rini treated his wounds and then betrayed him -- taking his scroll before he could awake so that she could pass on to the next level. Both he and Neo forgave the slight, but their brief respite was interrupted by the announcement that Rini's final fight would be against Neo. Neither wanted to hurt the other, so the battle started as a spar. It fell apart, however, when -- in an instinctive move to protect her eyes from the claws of Neo's pet iguana, Sammy, Rini twisted the third blade in her mouth and accidentally sliced the reptile in half. Enraged over his companion's death, Neo's inner demon took control and ruthlessly attacked Rini. It would have killed her had Shane, the host of the Exams, not intervened. Regardless, both genin passed and then went their separate ways
xxxxxx Rini returned to Kiri and 'exiled' herself to the Academy, hoping to hide -- in a way -- from recent events by keeping herself too busy to think about them. The "shadow-thing" -- as a result of her fight with Neo -- has escaped it's prison in her mind, though now she does not seem to mind its company and occasional commentary. That fact should be worrisome but, strangely, she cannot bring herself to care.
xxxxxx After Kaisen Uchiha used his Sharingan to barge into her mind and greatly offend and upset the "shadow-thing", Rini snapped. Pure terror swept through her, twisting her view of reality and throwing off any sense of stability she might have had. While Yun Sung, the Mizukage, attempted to bring her back to reality, assuring her that she would not be locked away for her loss of sanity, her fear and confusion drove her to stab him in the back -- literally. Leaving him to be healed by his Angel, she fled to Fire Country and there discovered -- due to the "shadow-thing's" guidance -- an ancient, underground temple. It was here that she learned the truth. The "shadow-thing" was really an ancient and evil "god" known as Jashin and now she has taken her place as his High Priestess.
xxxxxx As soon as she exited the hidden Jashinist Temple, Rini was accosted by Neo -- lead to the spot by a concerned Aki. Rini assumed that Neo had been sent by Yun to kill her, and upon stating this fact, Neo became enraged by the news that Rini had stabbed Yun and a fight broke out. After a long struggle, Neo's weapon pierced through Rini's chest. Thinking her dead, he began to mourn, only to have her rise and stab him right back. With Neo dead and her life as a Jashinist truly begun through his sacrifice, Rini cleaned up and returned to Kiri to have a word or two with Yun . . .
