Next for rules.
1 - Never disrespect the Amekage.
2 - Follow the chain of command.
3 - Never leave the village without prior approval from your sensei, or someone above them.
4 - You are not the only one responsible for your actions. Your Sensei will be punished, not you. Then they will in turn pass down the punishment. Think before you act.
5 - Never disrespect your Sensei, or defy an order.
That's the gist of it. There are a few more, but these are the important. PLEASE FOLLOW RULES 2, 3 and 4.

- NO GENIN MAY LEAVE THE COUNTRY
- CHUUNIN MAY LEAVE THE COUNTRY BUT MUST HAVE A PARTNER OF THEIR RANK OR HIGHER ACCOMPANYING THEM
- JOUNIN AND HIGHER MAY COME AND GO AS THEY WISH(More on what they can and CAN'T do in the next set).
- HARMING ANY OF THE CITIZENS IN AME WILL PROCEED TO AN IMMEDIATE ARREST AND JAIL TIME
-KILLING ANOTHER AME SHINOBI EQUALS THE IMMEDIATE JAIL SENTENCE
[Rogues:]
-ROGUE SHINOBI ARE NEVER TURNED AWAY IN AME BUT IF THE OTHER VILLAGE STARTS LOOKING FOR YOU THEN WE WILL FIND, APPREHEND, AND RETURN YOU TO THEM FOR PUNISHMENT
-IF A SHINOBI LEAVES AME AND BECOMES ROGUE THEN ALL SHINOBI IN AME ARE PLACED UNDER YELLOW ALERT, APPREHEND IF SEEN, USE DEADLY FORCE IF NECESSARY
-IF THE ROGUE SHINOBI OF AME COMES QUIETLY AND WITHOUT FORCE NEEDED, THEY WILL BE SENTENCES TO TIME IN JAIL(which can be time-skipped unless otherwise)
[Other Villages:]
- THERE ARE SOME VILLAGES THAT ALLOW FOR AME SHINOBI TO ENTER, IF SO, THEN BE CAUTIOUS AND ENTER PREPARED. IF NOT, THEN LEAVE AND RETURN TO AME, NO SHORTCUTS OR ANYTHING
- IF A SHINOBI ACTS UP IN AME WHO IS FROM ANOTHER VILLAGE, THEN THE OTHER VILLAGE SHALL BE NOTIFIED AND THAT SHINOBI WILL BE APREHENDED AND SENT BACK TO THEM VIA ESCORT
- IF A SHINOBI ACTS UP IN ANOTHER VILLAGE WHO IS APART OF AME, THEN THE OTHER VILLAGE HAS THE RIGHT TO APREHEND THEM AND SENT THEM BACK TO AME VIA ESCORT AND NOTIFICATION. UPON ARRIVAL BACK TO AME, THE SHINOBI WILL BE PUNISHED SEVERELY
- MURDERING A SHINOBI WITHIN ANOTHER VILLAGE CALLS FOR IMMEDIATE SENTENCE TO DEATH WITHIN THAT COUNTRY, AME SHINOBI WILL BE AFTER YOU TOO.
