5.Student Conduct (学生の行動)

Yexus is a nice boy, willing to help others as well as trying not to cause trouble. Loyal to his family, almost to a fault; he prioritizes them over himself, others, and his school. His loyalty also extends to his friends, however, if his family is not in immediate danger; has something of a martyr complex, wishing to take blame even when he is not at fault. This can lead to trouble, as he tends to make it his fault, usually by committing the act himself. May or may not have little self esteem, seeing that he does not have much value in himself, thus his loyalty to others and his willingness to take their blame.

Socially, many would call him "Weird" and "Impulsive", though both must be elaborated on. Yexus is weird in the sense that some of his actions have little or no logic behind them, and while sometimes well thought-out, he motives behind them are almost non-existent. He is also weird in his methods of executing his actions, as well as what he was trying to achieve through them. Most seem to fail, but Yexus never does specify what he planned to gain through his actions. He is impulsive in the sense that, when he isn't making some weird thought-out plan, he simply does what ever he is told to do, sometimes without any idea of what he was told to do. Positively speaking, his weird impulses have sometime done good, such as his desire to clean up the school for no particular reason other than the fact he had the opportunity to do so. Less-positively, some of his conversations seem... Out of place. Sometimes mundane, such as cooking techniques, to more strange, like the flavors of various students or methods to obtain chemicals. He has an odd interest in various subjects and even most outcast are unfamiliar with.

Yexus enjoys anime and manga, but he hates to admit that he is a fan, or an "Otaku". He collects music CD, usually buys the manga of his favorite series, and even attends conventions, but he will never admit that he is, to quote, "Like any of those obsessive japanophiles". He also has a strange fascination with knives, and is usually smuggling one with him at all times. Speaking of, he also seems to enjoy bring various contraband objects everywhere, none in which are ever found on his person upon search and seizures. His favorite food is ramen, usually of the chicken flavor.

As previously stated, Yexus has a disdain towards those who call themselves "Otaku", or show a fanatical obsession with anime and manga. He also despises his friends or family being threaten or insulted, which will cause him to going into a psychotic and usually murderous rage. He also prefers not to speak about any of his issues, be it how others treat him or his various scars on his person. He also has strong opinions on a group known as the "Kyubi-Kai", usually supportive.

6.Student Background (学生の背景)

Yozakura Yexus is the son of Hiruma Yozakura and a woman named Mai Yang. Before the story of Yexus can be told, the story of his parents must be known.

The events began when the young man, Hiruma Yozkura, was fired from his job at his computer company. Hiruma worked as a programmer, or more specifically, a translator. However, he was laid off and replaced when someone with more expertise was hired, forcing Hiruma to move back to his parent's home. Hiruma had two siblings, and older brother and an older sister. His brother was a professor at a University, while his sister owned a chain of bars scattered about the country of Japan. Out of the three, Hiruma was something of the odd child. His father was greatly displeased with Hiruma, and shortly after coming to stay with his parents, Hiruma was removed from the family. Dishonored, Hiruma lived the next few years as a freelance computer technician, but saw little work. He became an alcoholic, and eventually, his was in dire need of a new liver. But with no money or support, Hiruma thought he would meet his early end, at the age 27, in the dark allies of of an unforgiving world. That is, until some men came across his dying body. These men where Yakuza; professional criminals of Japan. These men belonged to the group known as the Kyubi-Kai; an infamous organization based around smuggling various goods, as well as getting those goods. The men specifically just finished a deal; they sold organs, human organs, to black market dealers. But instead of harvesting Hiruma of his organs, the men took pity on the fallen programmer, and took him to their head quarters. There, they gave Hiruma a new liver, thus granted Hiruma another chance at life. But it came with one cost; just as the Kyubi-Kai gave Hiruma life, he most devote it to them. He became a translator and an "Accountant" for the Kyubi-Kai, meaning that he was to keep track of some fo teh products being moved by the Kyubi-Kai.

For the next ten years, Hiruma loyally worked with the Kyubi-Kai. With them, Hiruma manged to get back on his feet; they provided him a steady income, as well as security. He opened up a new business; a computer cafe called "Yozakura Net", and with the help of the Kyubi-Kai, it became prosperous. The Kyubi-Kai supplies Hiruma with advance computer technology for dirt-cheap, as well has knocked out other competing computer cafes. Eventually, Hiruma came to lead his own branch of the Kyubi-Kai; Digital smuggling and Computer Shipping. Using his cafes, Hiruma would move various stolen computer equipment and tech, as well as sell various illegal software, from pornography to hacking devices. Not only that, but his branch was also able to plant bugs into various government computers; he could expunged criminal records, falsify police reports, and even gain access to manipulate the entire histories of individuals. He could rewrite the history of anyone who is a citizen of Japan.

A few years after inheriting a branch of the Kyubi-Kai, Hiruma sought to expand his influence to more then just Japan; he took a group of experts to America, to work with other groups as well as recruit promising members. It was in America that he met his wife, Mai Yang. She was of Hmong decent, an indigenous group native to Laos, that moved to America during the Vietnam Operation. Mai was an amateur voice actor for a digital movie made by her cousin, but Hiruma saw more potential in her. The two began to spend some with each other, Hiruma discussing the possibilities she could have if she worked for him, and Mai wondering of the risk she could face by being with him. While she did not know until much later, she knew that Hiruma was not just a computer company president. But eventually, the two began to form a love with each other, out of the difference in their abilities, similarity of their ideals, and the benefits of a partnership. It was in America that little Yexus was born.

Yexus, a name picked by his mother, was something of the odd child. Like many, he was energetic and adventurous. But at the same time, he was much more obedient and crafty. At a young age, Yexus became part of a group that was, more or less, troublesome. Though still children, they had a tendency to cause vandalism as well as getting into fights with other gangs of children. But it was during that time that his parents, as well as others, began to see the beast inside. Where other children would fight until one surrendered, Yexus took no prisoners; if it where not for his friends, he would have committed his first murder at the age of seven, when he nearly beat a boy to death with a brick. From there, Hiruma decided to instil discipline into his son; he made him go to a martial arts academy (Wing Chung) in order to instil discipline, as well as giving harsh punishments for causing any trouble that Hiruma disproved of. At it's lightest, the punishment would be a spanking. At it's worse, complete abandonment; not simply grounding Yexus, but kicking him out of the house to live on his own. This only happened once, and it only lasted for three days, but sense then, Yexus vowed to never displease his family; it was during those three days Yexus discovered how powerless he was with out anyone to support him, and how quickly the world would end him if he did not tread lightly.

By the time Yexus reached his adolescent's, he was well known in his American community for being a vicious fighter, as well as the son of a successful Computer Cafe president. It was around this time, however, that the Kyubi-Kai themselves had an interest in Yexus; if his father where to fall, Yexus was to take up his name and title as the boss of his branch of the Kyubi-Kai. And the Kyubi-Kai wanted to educate Yexus in what they do. And tried as he might, Hiruma had to do as they said. While Hiruma wanted his son to be competent as an adult, he did not want to see his son have to go through what he had to; to become part of the dark business that was the Yakuza world. But he could do nothing to stop it; when Yexus was 12, he moved to Japan. There, the Kyubi-Kai become something of a surrogate family to Yexus. Various "Uncles" came to educate him in the lifestyles and tradition of the Kyubi-Kai, as well as train him in their practices. They also brain-washed him, making him become fanatically loyal to the Kyubi-Kai, just like his father. They taught him how to hide small weapons, knives and pistols, on his person, as well as how to fight; Yexus's street fighting and Wing Chung was not enough, and they made him enter various underground fighting tournaments, pitting Yexus against other children. This continued until he went to Renma Senri. He was also taught the basics of computing, able to build high-grade computers using a seemingly useless pile of electronics. Through most of his early teenage years, Yexus was educated by the Kyubi-Kai to be the next heir of his father's branch. But at the cost of a normal upbringing.

In school, Yexus was dutiful, but he quickly established a reputation for his psychopathy. When he was 14, Yexus murdered a student that bullied him, stabbing him forty-two times before disemboweling him. He attempted to show the school his handy work, but the Kyubi-Kai intercepted the corpse and eliminated all evidence that pointed towards Yexus. Since then, those who knew him know him as "Psycho Edge", for his insanity and his affinity for knives. But as he began to fight with more and more of the others of his school, Hiruma sought to put him somewhere where Yexus could not be known. Erasing his past misdeeds, Hiruma moved Yexus to a new school; Renma Senri. There, Hiruma ordered Yexus to not murder anyone, and to seek an education in Computer technology. Following the will of his father, Yexus moved into Renma Senri. He attended as a freshmen, keeping a clean slate for two years. Now he starts his junior year, ready to make new friends, and eliminate new enemies.

Heishi is known by his peers to have an incredible passion for anything he gets himself involved in, even the most menial tasks. He manages to motivate himself, and others around him, into seeing the duty not as a chore, but as a challenge to achieve and overcome. However, he also has a tendency to fail to think his actions through, often to the dismay of others, or his own humiliation.

He has a low tolerance for bullying and injustice, but also has a skewed perception of what "justice" really is. He'll punish the offender, but will also viciously scold the victim for not being able to defend themselves properly, giving him a mixed reputation on and off campus. To some he's a defender, to others, he's just another bully.

6.Student Background (学生の背景)

When he was young, Heishi was labelled as a "problem child" by his neighbors.
Born and raised in a large suburb in eastern Japan, he was energetic, playful, always seeing the wonder in things, however he also didn't know his own limitations, or those that others placed on him. He enjoyed playing with the other neighborhood children, but he always wound up caught in the moment and someone would go home with a bloody lip or twisted ankle. No matter how profusely his family or Heishi himself apologized, it didn't take long for parents to start sheltering their youth from the "accident waiting to happen". Soon after, the children started to piece together that Heishi was a "bad kid", and teased him behind his back. "I'd stay away from him. I heard he hit some kid so hard, he went flying and still hasn't come down!" "My mommy says he's a pure mean in kid form". Nobody bothered to understand him, though he tried his hardest to appease those he'd hurt.

When he entered middle school, the outright rejection had died down and he'd made quite a few friends, but the staff were familiar with his past actions and kept a close eye on him. If there was a fight somewhere on campus, in their eyes, Heishi was always involved. If someone pulled a practical joke on the teacher, "Heishi did it". This infuriated him to no end, and almost came to a head in the middle of a class scolding, fists trembling, he nearly struck the instructor down, but he caught the gaze of one of a male student sitting in front of the class staring him straight in the eye. The look said everything, "Don't do it. It's not worth it, and you know it." His rage was silently quelled, and class continued as normal. After school that day, Heishi approached the student and demanded his name. "Hiro Nakagawa", he replied. The two got to talking, and from then on, they were inseparable.

It was thanks to Hiro that Heishi was able to focus more on his studies and his future, rather than simply being angry at those who have wronged him. Eventually, the time came where students would begin to take entrance exams for their high schools of choice, and Hiro suggested that Heishi apply at Renma Senri High School. "You've got the potential, we both know that," were his words, but Heishi was still unsure. A month later, Hiro succumbed to illness and was hospitalized. Doctors were unable to diagnose the condition, his blood tests came back negative for any signs of infection, and he appeared perfectly healthy on the surface. However, his temperature was on the verge of fatal, and he suffered from delirious hallucinations. When Heishi came to visit him in the hospital, Heishi nearly cried as Hiro confided in him his fears of dying to his condition. "You're not gonna die, alright?! You're gonna destroy whatever this is!" Hiro simply smiled at him with his strong eyes and turned his head to rest. Heishi couldn't stand to see his friend this way, so he made a vow, "If I can get into Renma Senri, you gotta promise me you'll beat this..." It was a fool's promise, but Heishi was willing to latch onto anything to give himself hope of seeing his friend well again.

After what seemed like years of intense study and prayer, Heishi managed to be accepted into Renma Senri and visited Hiro the day before he would leave town. Heishi regaled him with stories of middle school life and the difficulty of studying night after night to prepare for the entrance exam. Before leaving, Heishi promised to send letters to Hiro about life in high school, among other things. Now in his senior year, Heishi still sends letters to Hiro, even though he's long since been released from the hospital and has himself gotten into high school. However, Hiro's letters responding to Heishi's stories of myths regarding mysterious happenings at night, usually involving "ghosts", are becoming more and more bizarre.

Sana is a quiet, reserved girl. She's obedient and always polite to everyone around her, always making sure to follow all rules given to her. She is the perfect student, the stereotypical goody goody. She never talks much about herself, always trying to keep to herself most of the time. She is mature and wise beyond her years, she had to learn to grow up fast because of the past. She doesn't speak much, only speaking when spoken to.

She enjoys many things from sports, to art. Her fastination in tennis and vollyball lead her former school to championships many times, she was an asset to a team, always being a teamworker and holding her own. When she plays a sport or does something she enjoys, a new side of her peeks through the shell. Creative writing was another love of hers, her stories have been published, made into books, and even won state contests. Archery and Kendo were two things she enjoys doing, but more of a hobby. She's an ace marksman behind a bow and arrow, she can hit a bullseye from any distance. Kendo is just a hobby she picked up from her mother. Chess is a way she used to let her intelligence shine, she can analyze and calculate moves before they happen and she can easily manipulate the situation and turn it into her favor. She enjoys drama because she believes its a way she can be someone she't not and get away with it, it makes her feel like her past doesn't matter if she'd not herself anymore. Hair tech, makeup, and nail artistry is something she is most best at. Next to taking advanced art classes, she used her talent to do nail and makeup art. Culinary is something that is a hobby as well, her cooking skills are off the charts. She also enjoys reading manga and watching anime.

Her dislikes are small, but she has a fine list. Mainly people on the list, but there are a few things she hates that aren't people. This includes; Liars, murderers, abusers, and those who judge upon others.

6.Student Background (学生の背景)

Sana grew up with just her mother, who was a single parent and herself being an only child. Her mother worked really hard to support their small family, so Sana grew up a happy child. Her mother always bought her what she needed, always trying to do right and make her only child happy. Growing up, Sana tried to make her mother happy, doing small things around the house to help her mother out. She'd make her mom lunch, or make her mom dinner when she came home late at night from her third job. She'd fall asleep waiting up for her mom to get home, she did what she could at such a young age. As she got older, she started cleaning the house, making dinners, and even getting small silly jobs around the neighborhood. She used her money to secretly pay bills and she put away money just in case they ever needed it, even putting money in her mom's purse to help out. She was a wonderful child, a mother's ideal dream come true.

When she started school, her teachers immediatly noticed that she was above her grade in all academics. She was reading highschool math textbooks in kindergarden, her teachers were unsure what to do, so they just passed her along in school. Sana was not a natural-born genius, growing up with her mom always gone, she did nothing but read at the library. Upon hitting middle school, she was in all advanced classes, but again, she was smarter than everyone. She earned Valedictorian from grades 1-8, she didn't think anything of it, only craving her mother's praise. Her mother was very proud of her, always taking Sana out on her days off, just make up for the moments lost. She was a happy child.

Entering highschool was like another day to her, she went about her days being silent and acing tests. Students didn't really talk to her, but she was very popular amongst the boys. She joined with the Vollyball and Tennis teams, sending her school to championships and winning every year, she was popular amongst the girls as well. She was an active student, Valedictorian and sports star. She was a very admirable person, people always complimented her to her mother, who was so happy she was blessed with such a wonderful child.

Freshmen year was trouble for her, it was when she first started realizing that she was attracted to a boy.. Not just any boy, he was a grown man.. And her teacher. Mr. Yakawa, her third period History teacher. He was at the youthful age of 23, handsome, smart, rich, kind, and deeply in love with his student. They both didn't realize it until it was Freshmen year and they spent a lot of time together, being as though he was the girl's tennis coach and taught Sana Kendo personally. Sana was the youngest Freshmen in the school, skipping a grade back in elementary school. He was fastinated with her, she was talented and smart, and so very kind. He asked Sana to stay after class one friday afternoon, she was so happy he asked. She stayed and he, as calmly as he could, told her that he was in love with her. She was so shocked, but confessed her love for him as well. Thus, the beginning of a love that could never be in the eyes of the public.

He was her everything, her first, and possibly her only. They were together for a year and a half, he proposed to her and she accepted. She loved him so much and they were even dreaming of the future together, a family. During Sophomore year, people were getting a little suspicious, but there was no proof of their secret relationship, they were careful. The principal walked home one day and saw Sana and Kenji (The teacher) kissing as she left his home, he approached Sana and Kenji and told them that it was illegal for their relationship to continue. But he didn't want to fire his history teacher or expell his star student. He suggested Sana go to a different school next year and continue the relationship outside of school, they both agreed.

So her Sophomore year was spent in Renma Senri High School, she was immeditaly accepted since her transcripts were incredible. She even had reccomendations. She graduated from 10th grade and 11th grade, and now looks forward to her up-coming Senior year, knowing it's only getting closer to graduation and she can finally be with Kenji. She continues to have communication with Kenji Yakawa, through email, phone calls, and letters. Their relationship is strong, they are both devoted completely to one another.

Aikiko is the optimistic pessimist and for good cause. Her life has been nothing but one big run of obstacles to overcome, but she always tries to see that things will get better. She is a small girl with a frail appearance, but a huge heart for those who have suffered in any form. She has a tendency to look at the bright side of the dark side. An example would be if someone was to punch her, she would shrug it off saying 'at least they didn't have brass knuckles.' She can make decisions by using her personal values, Aikiko is usually very sympathetic and concerned for other people's well-being. She is also quite generous and warm. Very observant about other people and seemingly always able to sense what is wrong with someone before others might, and responding warmly with a solution to a practical need have always been her strong points in social situations. Though she might not be the best advice-giver in the world she will make an attempt to help best she can. She isn't one for confrontation of a physical manner and nothing short of loathes it simply because if forced to fight she really couldn't due to the damage left by her sarcoma. Still the girl isn't completely defenseless as she is quick witted and smart enough to use her surroundings to her advantage or analyze the attacker and scare them by bringing to surface things most people would overlook. Aikiko doesn't enjoy fighting at all and usually enjoys keeping the peace. She loves being with friends and spending time with those that she loves but will leave or attempt to quell rising conflict quickly. This is mainly because of her mothers death and she associates it with fighting along with alcohol. She has seen the extreme and assumes all of it will escalate to that severity

6.Student Background (学生の背景)

There was nothing spectacular about the family that the frail Aikiko Hoshikai was born into. Her mother worked two jobs one as a waitress at a local restaurant during the day, and at night was a bartender. Her father was a hard-working man that though laid off of most construction jobs who couldn't afford all their workers, always pulled his family through no matter how strained they were because of bills. Little Aikiko was proud of her life and vocalized it as much as she could to her friends, who often laughed when she turned her back for being one of the poorer kids in school. The family was extremely close, and though she never had the best things, Aikiko knew she was loved and was happy. They we all happy and could never be separated.

The family was unshakeable when it came to most things until Aikiko turned ten. The young girl began to lose weight and random numbness in her elbows down to her hands. Her parents being concerned took her in when she randomly loss use of her left hand and had a mild fever shoot through the roof. After a few hours in the hospital, and a few nerve wracking days of not knowing what was wrong, Aikiko was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, also known as Soft tissue Sarcoma. The cancerous tumor had formed around her joints in her hands and elbow. The family crumbled to their knees at the news but managed to find strength in each other. After chemo-therapy because of the tumor being so heavily set in the smaller connections of her hand, the girl was cured mostly. The scars of her Ewing Sarcoma hindering her ability to write, draw, and play the piano. But through practice she pushed through and became well known for her artistic skills. At fifteen the girl had sold several pieces of art and played the piano at the weddings of family friends. This is how she found solace in keeping her past hidden from friends.

When she turned 15 the young woman was struggling with the loss of her mother, who had died in a bar-fight that ended up in a shoot out. Her father was struggling to keep the bills paid, and she was struggling with her job to keep working as her Sarcoma had began surfacing again. Her hand was reddened at the wrist, and slightly, but not visibly swollen and lifting things was beginning to get painful. Around work people began to get suspicious and talk, which made things difficult for the aspiring artist, things were only made worse when her father had his hours cut. Bills were backing up, and between the two working hard as they possibly could the family was becoming strained. When it came out her Sarcoma was back Aikiko was at work and tried to pick up an object and her hand wouldn't move. Her boss saw this and thought the girl was joking, but when he saw her frustration and the fact she was trying the question was asked. Whats wrong. That one question not only had her hours and position at work changed, but it proved just how much she had affected people. Donations were made towards her treatment after a co-worker visited her home and realized just how hard it was for her father and her to pay the bills. People that attended school with her helped the girl keep up with her class work as she went through surgery to cut some of the tumor out and more chemo-therapy as they couldn't remove all of the tumors. When she entered for the year just before the current one she barely made it through thanks to the weakness she felt from her treatment, the girl was inspired to paint when others aided her as needed. Her first painting after a few practice trials was of everyone she remembered helping her. The project itself sold to a local museum for a decent profit. After her name got out more she was accepted to Renma Senri High School. Aikiko made sure not to leave before giving something to the school that pulled her through hell though. The last day before she left for break the girl painted a large mural of the senior class and gave it to them.

On the surface, Rena is like any other normal teenage girl. She does have a dark side though. She is mostly a calm and collected type of girl, and can handle anything that is thrown her way. So some people call her a genius. Or just abnormal. She doesn't mind being abnormal. I mean look at her hair color and eyes. Abnormal! Anyways, Rena is a mysterious kind of girl; she is always keeping secrets. It is hard for her to trust others, keeping everything inside. You will never see her trust someone with the snap of the first meeting.

Rena is always around her brother and never away from him. Perhaps this is because he is the only one she truly trusts. They seem to share this twin telepathy, always able to discern one another. This has caused them to be shunned by other's within their classes, but that didn't matter. All they needed was each other.

Rena also loves mysteries and violins. You will always see her playing her violin or even looking at unsolved crimes or even playing mystery games (ex. Nancy Drew, ect.). Rena also have this protective side and it is always seen around her twin or even the small amount of friends she has. She is an animal lover and hates seeing animals being hurt and abused. She dislikes idiots, particularly those that are mean to her. She also dislikes those who try to bully her. Of course they learn quickly to leave her alone.

Rena has this look in her eyes that makes people avoid looking at her. Some say she has this weird design in her eyes, unnerving individuals. Like a cat's eye, they say. Though usually solitary, Rena also has a dark side to her, though this only happens when she is very annoyed or angry at someone. Rena does have some bad marks on her file due to being bullied so much she retaliated and attacked. They were overlooked as self-defense though. She is also a 'Otaku' thanks to her twin brother.

What to know their history, huh? Well... Rena's life was normal, or as normal as it could be. From a young age, Rena had always had this interest in the occult; demons and the like. You know, the scary ones that you were told as a scary story? Of course, Rena was never were really scared of those stories. Rena loved them actually. Particularly because she always had her mother or father tell her the stories. But aside from that, Rena lived her life as she normally did, just like any other teenaged girl. She went to school, attempted to make friends, did the normal everyday school girl routine. Her brother? He is another story. At the age of 5 the family trained them both on parkour. A type of fighting style only the family knew. Protection, they said. Who ever needed protection? There was nothing to be afraid of. Or so Rena thought.

Around the age of 10 her mother was killed in a shoot and run. Rena, being young, couldn't accept the fact that her mother was gone and dead. She cried longer then anyone else. Who wouldn't? It was her mother. The only person she ever felt close to besides her brother. Due to the lose of her mother, Rena changed. She tried to get along with others better, and act normal, but she couldn't. Everyone noticed she was acting different. People even bothered to ask her if she was okay. It was a lie. She wasn't okay and she snapped at them. That was when she lost her friends. They didn't want to be around her because of how she had become. She didn't care. She didn't want friends who only liked her because she was always happy and everything. There was no need for people like that.

Four years later, Rena's life started to return to normality, but now she was in her last year of middle school. However, a lot has changed. She had a small amount of friends, gained a closer relationship to her brother, and even became a different person. She wasn't the hyper person she was in elementary school. No, she is who is now due to her family; a calm and collected type of girl. Before she was to graduate her father passed away of course. She was sad but not as much since he never really cared for her or her brother. She actually hated her father. At this time she held an expression of indifference like her brother always does. However, this time it was her brother who was the most upset. It confused her.

Now she is a junior in high school. No mother or father to be happy for her. Only her brother who she is with all the time. Of course the rumors from middle school came with them since they're always with each other. News travels fast in schools. Rena kept her normal appearance. Calm and collected. Her dark side never expressed except once. That caused her to be transferred Now she hopes for a new start at the this school called Renma Senri. She also wonders what kinds of things this school holds. She heard the rumors and she is very interested. And Rena was never one to pass a good mystery.

Ren is somewhat different than his sister, Rena. He is more quiet, hardly ever talks to anyone. Only nodding his head as a hello or to any questions. When he does talk it is mainly to Rena or the teachers. And not much even then. Also, for some reason his voices makes girls swarm over him, which he finds totally annoying. He is not interested in relationships or anything of the sort. Friendships? Maybe, only if they're not annoying. He has an exterior of a calm and cold; an emotionless person since he keeps everything bottled up inside. No one knows just what goes on through his head. However, one thing is certain. Ren is very overprotective of his sister. Because of that, he also has garnered some bad marks on his record due to fighting. Most of the fights involved his sister and the people who bad mouthed her; called her 'easy', or any of those types of comments. He hates people like that. Maybe because of that, rumors spread about him having a 'sister-complex'. But like most rumors, they are not true. Like his sister, Ren also share the siblings characteristic eyes; an odd design like a cat's eye.

Ren loves his sister dearly. He had lived with her his entire life, so why wouldn't he love her? He also loves anime. He is somewhat an 'Otaku'. He is always watching something anime related. It was him who got his sister hooked on it. However, despite this, Ren is one of those people who would go to anime conventions but never have the time. He dislikes bullies, idiots, annoying girls and even people (sometimes). He is always seen with his sister, two outcasts drifting together.

Growing up in the outskirts of the city, Rein is honest and true to the point. She would not be one to hesitate at all to comment or critisize some one of their flaws. Her background also influenced her common knowledge; her inexperience and oblivious nature towards people and technology are one of her greatest flaws. Back at the shrine, the convenience derived from technology was scarce.

Rein also has a habit of constantly nibbling on any form of edible food, though specifically sandwiches and burgers. It is common for the girl to stash many reserves of snacks, chips, crackers and the like, though it is a mystery from where she keeps these deposits. Although she may not admit it, but Rein has a larger than average appetite compared to others.

She follows her impulses and often ends up in unfavorable situations, though she is used to it. One could call her carefree, laid back and simple, she doesn't care much for studying or the like despite being enrolled in Renma Senri. This was mostly due to the quiet atmosphere at the shrine and the natural environments. Rein enjoys simple things such as basking in the sun or listening to the songs of the birds. The girl easily finds joy in many common day material, and is routinely being distracted from her studies.

Whether it be towards strangers and friends, Rein behaves with the same enthusiasm and cheerful attitude, trying everything in her power to help those who require it. Even though she does not notice it, Rein has a tendency to be too trusting towards other people, on the verge of being plain gullible. Like this, the innocent girl is too often tricked or misled by what others say.

Although Rein matured surrounded by the arts of excorcism, it wasn't often that she could apply this knowledge at all, it was clearly not her forte either. If one were to ask her, she would only contain basic, foundational knowledge on the topic. Living in a shrine all her life, she did know a thing or two about the supernatural, though Rein did not posess the same innate talent unlike her family.

One thing Rein dislikes is rain. She does not hold any hatred for the weather, but more of a feeling of sorrow. Another thing she finds annoying is handling technology, especially when it does not go exactly as she planned. Patience is not one of her defining traits either, the girl finds difficulty with staying in one place for long periods of time.

6.Student Background (学生の背景)

A rainy day. That was all Rein could remember at the time. The pitch black darkness engulfed her eyes entirely as her body felt the cold relief of water. A single light shown through her blurred eyes after what felt like a millenium, sudden warmth countering the icy grasp of the rain. Two gentle hands embraced and identified Rein's petit body like some sort of ancient artifact. The baby's body wriggled in the hands of what would later be her guardian.

From that moment forth, Rein would be accepted into a clan of shamans of the sort. A family of shrine maidens.

Rein grew up in a forest of red dyed hakama for as long as she could remember. Life in the shrine was quite tranquil; save for the occassional ceremonies and excorcisms, there was really nothing much to do. Here, she lived with Mikou and Haya, the two miko that inhabited the shrine.

Haya was like a sister to Rein. She had lived in the shrine for slightly longer than Rein, Being the duaghter of the head priest of the temple, Haya was the smarter of the two, picking up the things Mikou taught them quickly. In addition to normal schooling, Haya and Rein also studied spirituality under the miko; however, Rein was never particularly gifted in the art unlike Haya.

Mikou, her technical guardian, was a kindhearted lady in her late twenties. The miko had been working at this shinto shrine ever since she was an adolescent, the employment options in the mountains were slim. Mikou was a kin to a sort of ideal mother figure, though miko in general were sworn to a life of chastity. When she was not busy keeping the shrine tidy, she would be with Haya and Rein. Although the three did not share common blood, they treated each other like any other normal family would.

With the demography of the mountain, only locals visited the establishment, and even this was not very common. The shinto shrine was located far up on a remote mountain trail, it was beyond strange why anyone would abandon a child here. Since the head priest of the shrine passed away before Rein was even born, only the three girls were left to tend for the aging building. Though the temple was relatively distant from the nearest city, Rein would periodically visit for weekly produce and groceries.

During her early years, Rein was a handful. When she was not being homeschooled, she would be causing all sorts of trouble around the temple, mostly induced by an unsatiable curiosity. Most of the time, this was when Haya was dilligently studying, leaving Rein in queit solitude and extremely bored. Days where the shrine was in chaos and disorder were common-place during her childhood. Though the priestess did not personally mind her rambunctious endeavors, she would always scold her afterwards regardless. All too often, Haya was pulled into the fray as well. Like this, Rein spent her young days with content, rarely pondering the workings of the society below the mountains.

Reaching the age of an adolescent, Rein had grown almost out of control of the shrine. Her ever-growing curiosity began reaching beyond the green fields, the stone steps and the local river she knew so well ever since childhood. Even Mikou, who has been tending for her all her life, believed that it was time to free Rein from the confines of the temple. Under this conception, she sent Rein on her first task as a full-fledged miko. To investigate the spiritual abnormalities at Renma Senri High School.

5.Student Conduct (学生の行動)

Tkach is a Foreigner, and as such feels more distant than a tech head and code monkey typically does. He has few friends, but those that he talks to......he practically talks their ear off. He'll go on and on about whatever new underground crap or new game is being released or, god forbid, a new song or album released by some band noone in their right mind ever heard off. He means well, but can't seem to shut up from time to time. Around people he doesn't know or doesn't like, he gets defensive,quiet, and remain totally in his own little world until he or they leave, depending on the situation. This is mainly because he is one to be picked on in earnest, and would not like to instigate anything.No matter how far you push him....he only gives a contented look, no matter how pained inside.

Despite his extensive knowledge on tech subjects he manages, just barely, a C in every class not related to it. This is mainly in part because be dislikes ANYTHING that doesn't pertain to his interests, well, in the school system.

Tkach finds technology fascinating, from simple contraptions to super computers, and has a wide variety of knowledge on all such subject matter. Zakliannii is quick-witted, intelligent, and is above all else, a pacifist. Never raising a fist against anyone, no matter how badly he wants to. His constant mistreatment at school has led to the development of a case of mild depression giving him two visible sides. At his best, Tkach is a friendly, talkative, if not a tad annoying and socially awkward. At his worst, he is closed off, quiet, and and dark.

6.Student Background (学生の背景)

Tkach was born in North America (Ohio) to a just as tech obsessed mother (Alexis Zakliannii) and a struggling musician of a father (Viktor Zakliannii). Tkach wasn't their first choice for a name, but his father insisted, saying it wasn't part of some mainstream conformist crap so it was unique and of higher value than any typical name.

His mother was pretty much the main source of income for their family, working as an IT girl and freelance web designer. His father....not such a reliable source of income. Although he was a brilliant drum and bass artist, his albums never sold, and he spent more than he ever made on alcohol and....some illicit substances. From a young age his parents taught him everything he knew about music and programming, and despite the issues he had with his parents constant arguing, his mother's hectic schedule that left he busy, though she worked out of the house for the most part, and other unpleasantness with his fathers drug abuse, he managed to catch on and develop the skills easily.Alexis continually tried to reason with Viktor about his drug/booze problem, but was always met the with the 'I'll quit, I promise, I just gotta ease out of it' speech. Since it never actually made him abusive, Tkach and his mother were content to some extent. Tkach still worried about his father, knowing that the man was leading a life of self destruction, and although he wasn't tearing the family apart, yet, he may tear himself apart sooner. At this point, he was around twelve years of age, and things seemed pretty good minus the small flaws in his life, until the day of the accident.

On the night of may 29th 2007, his father's alcohol abuse got out of hand. After a long night at the bar Viktor met his fate on the grill of a pick-up truck. His gruesome fate shook Tkach and his mother to the core, and after a year of trying to cope with the reality of their loss, they decided to escape it all, maybe, start anew almost.Usually someones death doesn't make you want to leave a country, but the promise of extra money in pocket for his mother and an escape from his schoolmates was too much for both of them to pass up. Alexis took up a job as a programmer for a Japanese accounting agency, compiling data and designing programs to make the process more efficient. She hates this job, but it pays well and gave them a reason to move.

Learning Japanese was pretty easy for Tkach, after all, he has a ton of torrented language tutors, most are latin, but before the move he learned the basics, and as time progress, surprisingly his lingual palette expanded to accommodate the new language as second nature.

To give a good track record of Tkach's school life from K-11. or at least before the move, he was that kid that tried to make friends, but drove the first few away with his chatter and gave up on the concept. Why make friends when you have all the companionship on the internet right? Yes, most if not all of Tkach's friends are internet buddies who also hide behind a screen. Basement dwellers like him understand him the best in his eyes.Don't get him wrong, he'd like to make friends in school, they just end up destroying his self esteem before they get to know him. His distance from the herd led him to be a pariah and a punching bag for a good many years. So far as to him getting put into the hospital twice in middle school.He still never rose his fist to fight back, as his mother always told him, "Karma is your weapon. Taking the high-road will put them in their place",though that was far from true. When his father died...he was still met with several assholes trying to start something, but others just left him alone....still excommunicating him from their groups, but at least he wasn't as bloodied as usual. After they moved he found his threats to be more verbal than physical. Cyber-bullying was an issue at that time....but you don't mess with someone who can program. People who tried to slander him on the internet were met with their accounts to their social media sites suddenly hacked and taken down. Those couple of weeks were Tkach's happiest days. Other than that he has maintained a low profile, slipping through the cracks of various boarding school's social hierarchy. His mother would have liked him to stay with her, but their lack of room in their small apartment and the long commune was just to much to juggle.Though he has tried to remain under the radar he has managed to attract some friends and earned some respect amongst people with his musical talent and tech know how, though noone admitted it.

Tkach is not waiting to attend Renma Senri, to which he's heard some interesting little tidbits and rumors via the internet of course. The mystery and promise for a new start brought him there, now it's time to see if it was worth it. He was requested that his computer be brought to his dorm. The computer in question is a multi-monitor, Multi-hard drive entirely customized Desktop his mother and him made from scratch....mainly him. Hooked up to it is a surround sound system with a bass that could rock the whole dorm, and a liquid nitrogen cooling unit....he spared no expense. The entirety of it was to much for him to just bring on his back, so it was, as stated, requested that he be allowed to get small team to moved the behemoth, and so it has been done. The computer is Tkach's pride and joy, and he would be devastated if it ever were to be damaged in anyway.

Suiichi is what some one would call a shut in. Almost always quiet and keeps to himself. At least that is what he appears to be to strangers and acquaintances. However, the few friends that he has been able to make would say he has a friendlier side. For the most part he will acknowledge people who are trying to talk to him. Unless of course they are loud and obnoxious, in which case, Ignorance is bliss. People who meet him for the first time will think that he is way too serious, and to a degree it is true.

Having an eidetic memory, Suiichi often gets carried away with studying and will forget to eat. Only recently has he started bringing snacks with him to prevent hunger headaches.

Suiichi never follows his impulses. One could say this is a great flaw since he can never do anything spontaneous, and what would life be without any spontaneity? However, Suiichi could never do anything without thinking about it thoroughly.

6.Student Background (学生の背景)

Growing up an only child is never an easy experience. No one to play with, and constantly being hounded by parents. Add to the fact that Suiichi's parents are the Minaminos. Keiko Minamino is a lead researcher at a big japanese pharmaceutical company and Kazuma Minamino is a big time corporate lawyer. Of course, money was never a problem. However, parenting became second to their jobs. Suiichi grew up mostly under the care of nannies and chafeurs. The only time Suiichi had any real time with his parents was during dinner or school events in which his parents needed to be present.

This all sounds unpleasant but Suiichi understood that the price of being well off was that his parents would be busy. The opportunities that the wealth of his family presented was something he could not ignore. It also helps that Suiichi has an eidetic memory. While he is not yet at the level of genuis as say Stephen Hawking, He is a bright protege. His interest mainly lay in the Sciences and History. His acceptance to Renma Senri High School was a no brainer. His grades were top of his class and his potential high.

Now He is attending his last year of High School, and if there was one thing that Suiichi must learn in this last year is that he has to socialize with people and be more spontaneous.
